Later, on election day, in an instant message exchange with another FBI agent who had also worked on the Clinton investigation, this FBI agent declared: “screw you trump.”

The other agent said in the same instant-message exchange: “You should know…that I’m…with her.”

http://www.beliefnet.com/columnists/watchwomanonthewall/2011/04/the-45-communist-goals-as-read-into-the-congressional-record-1963.html

They said the communists they would infiltrate, and they did , and we had people not taking them seriously.
It is high time our side took them more seriously since they have now took control of the media, the colleges, the press, nearly the courts, and now our intel agencies.

That’s what needs to happen, an entire house cleaning and restart....but the cabal will not allow their cover op to be dismantled.

My thoughts too. No bias, but they now will receive bias training is a bit like Comey stating a list of illegal activity by Clinton and then saying there was no intent.

They the elitist must think we are stupid, and it is high time we had more protests outside the media HQ’s and in the streets demanding justice

Who in hell is hiring these people in these agencies? They sound like sophomoric academic snowflakes.

It sounds like they’ve saturated the FBI with hand picked good little arrogant leftist.

When the Obama regime swept into power they made a point of weeding out Christians and the like while at the same time hiring proud homosexuals and various other social deviants. Social engineering was rampant and integrity and principles became subservient to diversity and loyalty to the Marxist cultural revolution...

The FBI needs to be purged...

Well now that the IG whitewash report has finally been released this Clinton/FBI/DOJ news goes to where all "BAD FOR RATS" news goes.

All the way back to Hitlery and Bubba in AK says, they have been corrupt and above ALL laws - nothing is ever ever going to be done to punish the crimes she and Ovomit committed while in office/public life. IT IS OVER for equal justice in America.

Has sessions even bothered to read the ESPIONAGE STATUTE?

Hillary Clinton and the FBI have learned much from the Alger Hiss case. The American public will not be able to read a transcript of Hillary Clinton's interview with the FBI, because the bureau did not transcribe it. Furthermore, Mrs. Clinton was also not placed under oath during the three-and-a-half-hour interview. When Mrs. Clinton wasn't placed under oath, she could not be charged with lying to the FBI, as Alger Hiss was eventually charged with and convicted of.

There doesn't seem to be a race against the clock for the Trump DOJ to charge Mrs. Clinton with espionage. Alger Hiss escaped prosecution under the Espionage Act of 1917 due to the statute of limitations having expired. Also, there was no appetite by the DOJ to charge the former senior State Department official and Democrat lawyer. Although federal statute USC 3282 provides for a five-year statute of limitation for the vast majority of federal crimes, this statute of limitations does not necessarily stand in the case of espionage prosecution. It is generally agreed by legal scholars that acts of espionage can be prosecuted for at least ten years after the alleged act.

I wish Congressman Trey Gowdy could give Attorney General Sessions a lesson on Spoliation of Evidence, with which attorneys fresh out of law school are familiar. Hillary Clinton's deletion of 30,000 emails is a classic case. When parties fail to produce relevant evidence within their span of control, evidence they are otherwise naturally expected to possess, the U.S. legal system allows and even mandates that unfavorable presumptions be drawn against them. So when some item of relevant evidence – whether documents, physical objects, or data relevant to an ongoing legal matter – is destroyed, discarded, or modified in some way, the U.S. legal system allows us to presume that the missing evidence was unfavorable to that party and allows us to draw conclusions accordingly. The classic junior high school excuse, "the dog ate my homework," isn't valid under the law when the disappearance is suspicious.

FURTHER......

18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Nothing about INTENT in this particular section of 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Zip,Zero,Nada.

FBI, DOJ infiltrated so much now I don’t see how it will ever get cleaned out.

I truly feel that Trump will be the last Republican President

Certainly agree 100% with that sentiment as of TODAY. The media will respond with their customary "This is old news, we have to move on and give the American people the news they depend on us for"

If you lose custody of a classified document. That document has been compromised. Hillary deliberately sent classified over unsecured networks losing custody of them. The FBI gave her a pass.

Disband the DOJ.

Reform the Secret Police who can legally lie to you to entrap you.(Not that Hillary is innocent.)

It’s obvious why they dismissed all charges of partisan bias.

The IG report says there is no bias there.

We need a revamp of federal law enforcement under Trump.

Admirable as that may be, but good luck with that one when you have RATS currently holding 194 US House seats and who knows how many "R" seats are filled with NEVER TRUMPERS, or "moderates" on the other side of the aisle.

IMHO with the current push again for "Comprehensive Immigration Reform (AMNESTY), the USA as we all grew up and came to know it, is over, finished.

I would hold off on calling the IG report a whitewash.

I have actually written reports similar to this—although I never worked for an IG.

This IG’s report has plenty of damning details.

But reports like this go through several levels of review, and the recipients of the report usually try to water down conclusions that they consider damaging.

Keep in mind that many of the IG’s findings may have been referred to a federal prosecutor, who has an interest in staying below the radar screen until he is ready to publicly announce indictments.

I can wait on the prosecutions. I am more interested in maintaining Republican majorities in the November elections, and in seeing the Mueller investigation rendered irrelevant.

In my opinion, this I G’s report contributes to that end.

“That Inside the Beltway, Deep State thinking made Madam Hillary Benghazi so overconfident that she didn’t bother campaigning in many ‘Blue Wall’ states and contributed to her defeat. Praise GOD!”

Wisconsin proved that! Of course Madistan and Milwaukeestan and the northwest corner of our state that’s been INFECTED by Minnesota still voted for her, but it was WONDERFUL that Wisconsin as a whole...DID NOT!

Screw You, Felonia Von Pantsuit! :)

It doesn’t actually say that there was no bias.

What it says is that no documentary evidence could be found to demonstrate that bias affected investigatory decisions.

That sentence leaves a great deal of room for a reasonable person to INFER from The details disclosed in the report that bias existed.

Someone parsed this language very closely, and my guess is that it wasn’t the IG.

Agreed. A few years ago my kid interviewed with the fbi. He suspected it might be a less than honest process. Figured since he did not have an east coast ivy league degree or patron it might be a difficult sell. He said he was appointed by the interviewees (peers) to head up the several leadership/role games that were conducted.
He was not selected.

I wondered if it might have been his army background. He did not look back, did not ponder the result—and has done better financially without having to be a toadie for the fed govt.

I think he smelled deep state swamp before his old man.

Worked for decades where protestors were routine daily events ..... trying to disrupt and destroy etcetera to promote they’re destructive political agendas.

Then they just disappeared gradually .......... they went to school, got degrees, jobs, high level security clearances and went to work for the facilities they previously protested .......

.... Establishing themselves as “professionals” seeking higher safety and quality control they stop, slow or throw a chain in the wheel of process at every chance . Through bad materials, problematic documents, time consuming social PC training, limiting access to those who must approve or disapprove etcetera ....

Overregulation ...?

Our branches of government are FILLED with these seditious little bastards at every level...... FBI / DOJ is a great example of this IMO.

We don’t know that it was Horowitz who redacted or left out names ... it went thru several people above him before it was published. I’ve heard the final product is Rosenstein’s. Maybe we should know more before becoming quite so outraged.
