Sanders: 'Her disgusting comments and show are not fit for broadcast' White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders slammed comedian Samantha Bee as 'vile,' 'vicious,' and 'not fit for broadcast' after the comedian called first daughter Ivanka Trump a 'feckless c***' on her TBS late-night show Wednesday night.
She demanded Time Warner, which owns TBS and CNN, 'demonstrate that such explicit profanity about female members of this administration will not be condoned on its network.'
TBS, which airs Bee's show, said the comedian was right to apologize about her 'vile and inappropriate language.'
'Samantha Bee has taken the right action in apologizing for the vile and inappropriate language she used about Ivanka Trump last night. Those words should not have been aired. It was our mistake too, and we regret it,' the network said in a statement.

Are there actually people who think that Samantha Bee and Michelle Wolfe are funny? Jon Stewart can be funny. Even Bill Maher can be funny. Amy Schumer did a funny bit one time, I think. These two are simply not funny. At all.
Start demanding that leftists be held to the same standard that Roseanne Barr was - say something offensive, lose your show. Period. Nothing less is fair.

I just saw a bit on Cnn that really threw me and for Cnn to do that is huge. A guy said that Samatha Bee apologized and that Rosanne didn’t. Here is the bit that threw me....he said that language the C word was not the culture that Bee does!!!!!!!!!

I looked up Bee’s show Full Frontal and according to Google Harvey Weinstein is a producer. Why am I not surprised?

Why can’t we have something done about all the vile/coarse/filthy language that we are bombarded with every day? Doesn’t matter who it’s directed to. It isn’t even a matter of free speech. It’s offensive and as we’ve seen, action is taken against people who offend others every day so why can’t we get this cleaned up? We need Tipper Gore back on the scene to push for cleaning up the language in this country. I don’t care who it’s from and where it’s directed - just STOP IT!
It is really stupid that people can say or write the most offensive things about other people and get away with an apology hours later. EXCEPT Roseanne, it seems! None of this would be taking place without the so called popular social media and I guess shows like this on TBS.
I can watch Little People, Big World on TLC and I don’t believe I’ve ever heard profanity or vulgarity on that show. That’s why I also enjoy Everybody Loves Raymond, King of Queens, Last Man Standing in place of news in the evenings.
This site itself has rules about vulgarity and profanity and yet we don’t have a day go by without running across offensive language in several threads and posts.
Since TBS and CNN are both owned by the same parent company, the White House should ban CNN from all official events as long as that hag is employed.
