Rosenstein isn't a potential witness and a potential person who may be charged in a FISA surveillance prosecution??

I AM being serious. I actually agree with you. The problem is that an indisputable piece of evidence of criminality on Rosenstein's part is needed to PROVE that he's conflicted.

Signing a FISA warrant application in and of itself isn't "evidence" of anything. It happens all the time, and is actually part of his job as Deputy AG.

I've said for months that the most likely venue for any dirty laundry to be aired is in the criminal cases involving Manafort, Concord Management and maybe even Flynn. That's because the judge in those cases has made it clear that he wants to see all the unredacted documents with the details of what went on behind the FISA surveillance.

I have been with Trump since I saw him chair a meeting of his golf resort managers from around the world, about 10 years ago, and I intend to support him to the bitter end.

However Trump does not have in depth first hand experience of the DC swamp and politics. And no one really knows what Mueller has on him so far. Most likely (99%) nothing on Russia collusion. But Mueller can dig up all sorts of stuff on Trump finances. October surprise any one? The sooner Mueller is canned, the better for us all.

So we were NOT talking about Mueller-he’s irrelevant to what I was posting about. Congress should have taken care of Mueller and RR - Conflict of interest - Congress should never have allowed that to begin with - should have done whatever they could to nip it in the bud. But not relevant to this discussion.

I hope your hypothesis is 100% correct. I can’t tolerate an over-the-hill, not so effective former FBI director, who hired the most virulent democrat lawyers on his team, is allowed to dig through the vast financial transactions of DJT for past 50 years, and be allowed to negate votes of 62 Million American CITIZENS ( non-citizens voting in 2016 most likely voted for Hillary ).

Mueller was appointed by Rosenstein to investigate Russia collusion. He should not be allowed to go back before Trump announced run for president. He should not be allowed to dig dirt on Manafort and others which was many years prior to DJT declaring run for president, and was connected to Ukraine, not it’s enemy Russia. This special counsel law sucks. They get UNLIMITED budget! Any local criminal activity is handled by local US Attorneys, and does not need the SC to spend unlimited tax payer money on.

I hope DJT has the drive and courage to push for all of above.

Well, I do agree about special counselor and Herr Mueller. I think DJT will do something about that law, providing CongressCritters get their butts in gear-just repeal the darn thing.
