Shortened title.

Full title: ANOTHER MUELLER GAFFE: Lawyers Defending Russian Firm Tell Court Named Employees DON’T WORK FOR THEM – Mueller MADE IT UP

What a Sideshow — The Mueller Case Is Falling Apart

Lawyers defending the Russian company Concord Management indicted by the corrupt Mueller team again called out Mueller’s liberal hacks and labeled their allegations as “made up” nonsense.

As reported on Wednesday, Concord Management’s lawyers revealed that Mueller’s team of ignored over 70 discovery requests they had made for information before the case. In response Mueller’s team offered to give Concord Management’s lawyers a massive amount of social media data from those dangerous trolls (jk) who sought to influence the US election and the majority of it was in RUSSIAN.

Mueller’s lawyers then admitted that they don’t even have English translations for the Russian social media posts. So Mueller’s lawyers don’t have English translations to the Russian social media posts but we’re supposed to believe we were influenced by these posts?

This is a must read article.

Mueller's Clinton Foundation attorneys are just making things up. They have no evidence. Mueller and his corrupt team are pathetic.

The Concord lawyers are right, this was a PR stunt by Mueller so the MSM could announce actual Russians had been indicted in his never-ending probe in search of a crime. Mueller never expected the Russians to actually show up in court. Mueller once again shows his true nature, vindictive yet incompetent.

Not even having a Russian translator on staff amply demonstrates that Mueller never seriously intended to investigate anything about “Russian collusion” in the first place.

They are idiot Dems. The defense should keep pushing for discovery even when and if Mueller tries to pull out.

“former Clinton Foundation attorney Jeannie Rhee stated that there is ‘1.5 to 2 terabytes of data, covering hundreds of facilities that compromise the defendant’s operational accounts’”

I think she means “comprise” here, not “compromise”.

I'm starting to buy into another Freeper's theory that Mueller's only purpose was to piss off President Trump so much that he would get fired ... at which point the clamoring over "obstruction of justice" would begin.

Trump never took the bait, so here we are a year later and now Mueller's team is actually prosecuting cases ... and in the process, they're looking like a bunch of morons who never even finished third grade (let alone law school).

Mueller is now the proverbial "dog who chased the car ... and caught it." LMAO.

[Not a lawyer and did not stay at a holiday inn]

It is my understanding that the prosecution is required to attest under penalty of perjury, that the information and charges presented are true and accurate.

If such information is false as asserted in the article, wouldn’t that establish a legal grounds for prosecution of Mueller?

“Not even having a Russian translator on staff”
I did not know that! One would think translating Russian documents would be a priority!

so much so, that he would get fired,
at which point Democrat s' clamor over "obstruction of justice" would begin.

The FReeper theory does make a lot of sense. I like it b/c it still allows me to believe Mueller is really that stupid.

The right judge will rule that the Russians, not being US Citizens, have no standing for judicial rules of evidence.

No English translations of the "evidence" - come on, now, seriously? And just how were these supposed to affect an English-speaking country?

It's pretty clear that the whole indictment was a publicity stunt. Breathless headlines reading "Mueller has indicted the Russian hackers!" meaning he's found somebody Russian who appears to be doing social media posting...in Russian. The reader sees the headline and says, "So, Hillary's story about the DNC servers being hacked by the Russians are true!" when it had nothing to do with that entirely fictitious effort at all. All sizzle, no steak.

So the U.S. taxpayer is on the hook for 20 million bucks for this ridiculous simulacrum of a legal case. No wonder those indictments are sealed.

...Mueller’s team of ignored over 70 discovery requests...

Mueller's team of ignored? What's a 'team of ignored?'

I stopped reading right there. I'll get this news from those who know the English language.

The right judge will rule that the Russians, not being US Citizens, have no standing for judicial rules of evidence.

The problem is, they were indicted by Mueller, and therefore earned the right to their day in court. Doesn't matter that they are not US citizens; being indicted by an American legal entity gave them the right to hire legal counsel and respond. Dummkopf maneuver by Mueller; then again, he's not very bright.

Well, I have to assume he doesn’t have one if he they didn’t bother to do any translating of their supposed Russian “evidence”.
