All I'm cautioning is this: Israel has not won a war in decades. So let's not assume they're going to win a war with Iran.

The state of Israel was founded on May 14th, 1948 which will be 70 years ago a week from Monday. Granted, both sides in this dispute use lunar based calendars but the differential there is not very large, a new moon on May 9 of 1948 and May 15 of this year. So it would mean that May 20th would be seen as the equivalent date to the 1948 founding in the Jewish calendar.
