Jeez! The first thing that needs to happen for more Black hiring in tech companies is to destroy the toxic, so called “Black Identity” belief that excelling in school for Black youth is “acting White.”

I always thought business should hire the best qualified person for the job. Silly me.

No, you don't understand. A "good" company doesn't hire someone qualified, since they don't deserve a job. It's selfish. For a company to "do good," the company must hire unqualified workers, since they're the ones who really "deserve a chance."

This can’t be accurate. If you watch TV shows, commercials or movies, half of the medical Drs, scientists, astronauts, technical geniuses, and their managers are black. The other half are women.

Whenever I have to review a stack of resumes I arbitrarily select half of them and throw them in the trash. I don’t need unlucky people working for me.... Wow. just Wow. that's a unique way to hire people. Unfortunately Ive seen more lucky fools than lucky hard workers. YouTube is full of lucky fools, but no amazing lucky skilled workers.. but then again Darrell waltrip was asked once, would you rather be good or lucky.. he said “ Lucky, any day”

Agreed. There is much that emanates from the toxic “Black Culture” that propagates the negative vicious circle the black community finds itself in.

There is nothing redeeming about it, it is a violent, racist, misogynist anchor that drags everyone down unless they are exceptional to break away and climb out of it individually.
