Not for nothing but why would this guy spend $125K on lawyers if he didn’t do anything? If they sent me a subpoena to answer their BS questions why would I need a lawyer? It’s like if Trump hired me or you to advise him on something, in my case I work in the trucking industry so I say Trump hired me to advise him on the trucking industry, why the hell would I need a lawyer if these enemies of the USA subpoenaed me to answer some questions? “Why did Trump hire you as an advisor?” “To advise him on the trucking industry” It would be a very curt, very short meeting before I asked them what crime I am being charged with or suspected of, and if there is none “To hell with you” is what I would have said, which is what Caputo should have said BEFORE he blew all his money. You have one of two options. You hire a lawyer or you let them crush you. Either the lawyer takes your money and maybe you salvage your freedom, or you lose both your money and your freedom.
