ROXBOROUGH (WPVI) -- According to sources, the Philadelphia police homicide unit, the Philadelphia district attorney, the Attorney General's office and the health department are all investigating the death of former National Security Advisor General H.R. McMaster's father 84-year-old H.R. McMaster, Sr.
It is being investigated as a suspicious death.
McMaster died on April 13 at Cathedral Village in the 600 E. block of Cathedral Rd in Roxborough. He was receiving care there after suffering a stroke.
The allegations are that McMaster fell, hit his head, was put in a chair and then died. He allegedly did not receive proper care.
Investigators are probing information from some staff members who informed the McMaster family that records were falsified pertaining to this death.
Philadelphia Police executed a search warrant at the facility Tuesday.
So sad.

Oh and the medical “team” so the liability is spread around.
Not the first time assisted care has covered up bad care. My friend worked in one, she ended up quitting over the horrid care patients who had no visitors received. Even if they have visitors, falls are covered up. Liability to cover the cost of treatment is high and raises ins rates. Gets your facility downgraded too. CYA.
Yes, this makes sense. The facility was worried about being sued for negligence - especially since he is the father of a VIP who has the resources to sue them.
I can’t think of any reason to assume they wouldn’t use retaliation to accomplish their goals.
No moral reason not to use it.
No practical or strategic reason.
Reasons in favor of using this tactic would be both retribution and deterrence.

What about McMaster allowing himself to be taken out of a position where he was able to be an informant to the deep state? That’s his crime, as far as they’re concerned.

YES...what you said...plus after surgery, ANYONE should have someone with them 24 hours a day at a hospital...ALWAYS. A family member, a friend, etc....keeping watch.

Totally wrong. It was actually henchmen working on behalf of Rafael Cruz, because they thought (mistakenly, as it turns out) that HRM Sr. had evidence of Rafael’s clandestine ties to Carlos Marcello, Jim Garrison and Lee Harvey Whatshisname.

My friend's father fell out of bed in a facility. It happened. They added bars to his bed. Physically he was in good shape...but Alzheimer's took his mind and spirit.
