I believe the Clintons and others have arranged the murder of opponents or potential squealers. That being said, people in their seventies and eighties are prone to suffer medical complications that lead to death. For example, there was a lot of speculation about foul play in the death of Justice Antonin Scalia. However, at the time of his death, he was almost 80. He had a history of heart trouble, had high blood pressure, was overweight, and was a smoker. The day before he passed away, he had gone quail hunting, which involved physical exercise to which he was probably not used. So no foul play, just the course of nature.
