Former Trump advisor's father's death labeled 'suspicious': multiple agencies investigate

ROXBOROUGH (WPVI) -- According to sources, the Philadelphia police homicide unit, the Philadelphia district attorney, the Attorney General's office and the health department are all investigating the death of former National Security Advisor General H.R. McMaster's father 84-year-old H.R. McMaster, Sr.

It is being investigated as a suspicious death.

McMaster died on April 13 at Cathedral Village in the 600 E. block of Cathedral Rd in Roxborough. He was receiving care there after suffering a stroke.

The allegations are that McMaster fell, hit his head, was put in a chair and then died. He allegedly did not receive proper care.

Investigators are probing information from some staff members who informed the McMaster family that records were falsified pertaining to this death.

Philadelphia Police executed a search warrant at the facility Tuesday.

All sorts of explanations could account for this, some kind of foul play is remote. Most likely inadequate follow up to the fall, but it could be a repeat stroke caused the fall as well as the death. details matter a lot.

Yes I do. I also believe in causation. 84 years old, just suffered a stroke, may well have been taking blood thinners, fell, hit his head, developed a subdural hematoma or worse, and died. Happens to a lot of people every day who aren’t named H.R. McMaster, Sr.

No, it’s Trump’s doing. After McMaster was fired, a TEA Partier wearing a MAGA hat with tea bags hanging from the bill, and fresh from running down an heroic anti-fa activist, smacked McMaster Sr. upside the head, knocking him down, and then went out and threatened Stormi Daniels seven years ago in a parking lot. There is no evidence yet that Trump ordered this dastardly deed done, but there will be soon.

Neglect can completely change the situation or kill the patient overnight. Nursing homes are extremely overfilled and understaffed. Unfortunately, this kind of happening is not rare.
