RIP, Mrs. Bush. You were a class act, and a very fine First Lady.
Also, despite my less than stellar view of the politics of the Bush family, my sincere condolences to all of them on their loss. No matter what, we are all human beings and the only proper and decent thing to do is wish them peace, or to otherwise say nothing at this time.
Politics can wait a week or so WRT the Bush family.

Politics and shady dealings of the Bush clan aside, she conducted herself with class.
RIP Barbara.

Rest in Peace dear Lady. You did your job.

I met her at Berings Hardware, years ago, when she was fumbling to find her credit card in her purse. We all wanted to pay her $10 bill, just to get her out of the line.
I didnt care for her Trump or Palin hate.
Odd that she passed before HW. You just never know.
RIP.

Wife and mother of a US President, not bad. She looked good back in the day.

I know there are a lot of people here who have nothing but anger and bitterness toward the Bush family, but Barbara was a loyal, good wife and mother for over 73 years. If nothing else, that deserves respect. I offer my sincere condolences to her family and hope she rests in peace.

It is sad when anybody’s wife, mother and grandmother passes away. My mother died of the same ailment at the same age of 92.

I hate to say this, but given how close the Bushes were, I wouldn't be surprised to hear that George passes soon, too. It seems to be a not unexpected thing for long-term married couples to pass near each other.
