Remember the famous (but sad) saying, “If you repeat a lie often enough, it becomes truth.” Well I have the number one lie in America for you- “Diversity makes us stronger. Immigration makes us more prosperous.”
Sorry, but not always.
California is Exhibit A. It’s filled with immigrants. Ten million to be exact. Many of them illegal. Guess which state has the highest poverty rate in the country? Not Mississippi, New Mexico, or West Virginia, but California- where nearly one out of five residents is poor. That’s according to the Census bureau.

Diversity only makes you stronger if you have very little diversity. If you have too much diversity it will weaken the society. This is settled science. If you don’t believe this do some research

I haven’t been there in a long time but it seems like San Francisco has become like a 3rd world country in that there are the super rich, and there are the super poor, and not much in between. Corrections welcomed.

When I was growing up in Los Angeles, I remember Little Tokyo, Koreatown, Chinatown, the Jewish area (Fairfax), Alvarado Street (Mexican). Though charming & ethnic, they were subordinate to the dominant white Judeo-Christian culture.
No cohesive framework, no society period, as there is no solid identity, loyalty, commitment. "Globalists" are basically people doing their own thing & treating everything around them like gas or electricity, a utility in the background.
Thank God for the Electoral College. Ten MILLION “immigrants” is staggering. California once rivaled other countries in GDP and quality of life. It is now no better than a failed Mexican state but Liberalism will never fail according to a Liberal and it’s other people’s fault.
That's why multiculturalism is ultimately superficial. To these people, being Chinese means eating Chinese food. In my Orthodox Jewish community, we call many secular Jews the followers of "bagels & lox Judaism" -- cute & nostalgic, but nothing of substance.

After reading Jack London's books and his many biographies when I was young I wanted to see San Francisco, San Francisco Bay and Oakland.
And years later I did exactly that.
Now I'm glad I got to see it all before most of San Francisco and Oakland were ruined by liberals.
San Francisco was an American treasure - now most of it is a s**thole.
The same goes for Oakland.
