No excuses: there is never a reason to carry a knife. Anyone who does will be caught, and they will feel the full force of the law. Gotta wonder what the Sikh population of London might say about that.
Carrying a knife is a traditional part of their faith.
Then again, Muslims have a LONG history of persecuting Sikhs.
