The United States must attack the regime of Bashar Assad in Syria in response to the regime chemical gas strike on the Syrian town Douma that killed more than 70 people, Strategic Affairs and Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan said Sunday.
Speaking on Army Radio, Erdan, who is Netanyahu’s number two in Likud, said he hoped US military action against the Assad regime would be taken again, as it was when the regime used chemical weapons against its people in the past.
“The shocking attack shows the incredible international hypocrisy of the international community focusing on Israel confronting the terrorist organization Hamas that is sending civilians to our [border] fence, when dozens are being killed in Syria every day,” Erdan said. “It shows the need for strengthening the presence of Americans and other international forces, because without them the genocide we are seeing will only intensify.”

How does anyone conclusively know this event was caused by Assad? If it is like the false flag work done by our prior president, Hillary, and the FBI and CIA on Trump, this act very well could have been done by associated actors to keep the US in Syria against Trump’s stated position.
If I wanted a Sunni government in Washington I would have voted for Jeb Bush or Lindsey Graham.

I’m as much a supporter of Israel as anyone else here, but not in this case. The bottom line is that the Israelis are BIG BOYS and have a lot more assets at their disposal in that part of the world than we do. So if they think Assad should be punished, then ISRAEL can fly their jets into the coverage zones of the Russian S-400s to attack Assad, and then deal with the outcomes.

What the US usually does is launch cruise missiles at an air base in order to say, see, we disprove of Assad gassing his own people...nothing new here.
Absolutely. We have no business in Syria, now that ISIS is degraded. They're a sovereign nation and we're an invasion force. I was uncomfortable last week when military leaders were succeeding in thwarting President Trump's instincts to get out of Syria, just as they got more time in Afghanistan.
Al Qaeda is fighting Assad and these terrorists put out propaganda videos about atrocities and chemical weapons attacks all the time but unlike Islamic State don’t do videos of their atrocities.
Al-Qaeda jihadists are the “rebels” in Syria, the same kind of folks who did 9/11.
Now they and their Saudi backers are our allies. Now convenient for Saudi prince to be among us in recent days here in the USA.
