ABC News is now reporting that an arrest has been made in the discovery of package bombs at bases in the D.C. area. The arrest was made in the Seattle, Washington, area.
(WASHINGTON) — The FBI is investigating several suspicious packages found at military installations and government facilities around the Washington, D.C., area, the agency confirmed Monday.
The FBI says each package was collected for further analysis, but it was not clear as of Monday evening whether they contained any active explosive devices or anything else potentially harmful.
Officials at Fort Belvoir in suburban Virginia confirmed to ABC News Monday evening that a suspicious package was found there Monday afternoon, but is now contained and rendered safe.
Michael Howard, an Army spokesman, confirmed reports that one of the suspicious packages was sent to National Defense University at Fort McNair.
That package contained explosive material, testing positive for black powder and residue. An X-ray indicated a suspected GPS and an expedient fuse attached. The package was eventually rendered safe and no injuries were reported.

I’ve been entertaining the theory that the CIA/FBI/deep state sent the suspicious packages to themselves in order to make it look like they are the victims and not the perps in a lot of these actions.
Based on reports I read, the packages were not particularly dangerous.
Kind of similar to a minority person who sends a “racist” email to himself and then screams about racism and victimhood.

I go with the theory that this is a false flag operation to implicate antifa activists in Seattle. Actually, it was the Russians, under orders from Pres. Trump. The President then closed the Seattle Russian consulate to give his operatives an excuse to leave the country before the FBI made the connection.
That’s what’s going around on the street, anyways.
