The Broward County Sheriffs Office has identified to Fox News the captain who, according to sources, directed responding deputies and units to stage or form a perimeter outside Stoneman Douglas High School, instead of rushing immediately into the building, as the mass shooting unfolded there.
Multiple law enforcement and official sources said the commands in the initial moments after Nikolas Cruz allegedly opened fire would go against all training which instructs first responders to go, go, go until the shooter is neutralized. As law enforcement arrived, the shooters identity and exact location were still unknown.

Because they’re supposed to be smart, and competent in the use of their duty weapon, especially against a punk kid who has no sense of tactics.
BSO Captain Jan Jordan
Right?
This should be a stark lesson for our military and their Obam-esque desire to socially engineer with women and trans-gender in service, especially combat related areas.
Keep lowering standards until anyone who can fog a mirror qualifies, even those with a known mental imbalances, and the stage is being set for a major catastrophe in some future critical battle. Sure, the military can hide and mask the PC rot right now, but in the day, that hour of testing, catastrophe will unfold and many, many will pay with their lives. We should heed this example.
Ok, that is just confusing.
...They were probably worried about the chainsaw bayonet or one of the other fearful attachments you can get for an AR-15...
Drive by bayonetting has been on the rise in Broward County and other US liberal areas.
Lord have mercy. A 200 round clip. Shouldn’t make a difference even if 10 twenty round magazines. Training is to attack and neutralize not cower especially over a non-existent magazine (clip). ARs don’t use clips.
Texts are 80s 90s technology.
The need to be able to receive video and photos if the caller has detail he or she wants to provide.
Imagery of a crime in progress or witness pictures of a perp.
An order to form a perimeter doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with first responders confronting the shooter, though.
Bad judgement does not select by sex
Selective leaks from Broward County Sheriffs Office should be taken with a grain of salt.
Who benefits from having this captain scapegoated?

Subject: Parkland Policy Failures
WHAT THE MEDIA DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW
BECAUSE OF POLICIES IT LOOKS LIKE THIS
WERE THE BROWARD COUNTY SHERIFF”S DEPT PROHIBITED
FROM BEARING ARMS INSIDE BY SCHOOL AUTHORITIES ???
WERE THEY SO FED UP WITH THE SCHOOL’S LENIENT POLICIES
IT BECAME WHY BOTHER TO GO THERE ?
In the Parkland case, their security system had a dismal record concerning student safety and security that should be brought to public discussion particularly beginning with this school having a so called gun free zone.
From what has been reported .This school system did have an understanding with the Broward County Sheriffs Dept. An officer who may be armed assigned to patrol the multi acre site in a golf cart, but bans guns from the rest of its internal security
Criticism arose when the officer assigned to this duty who was nearing retirement was reported to arrive late and after Cruz had entered the building. The officer stationed himself outside the large structure and had called for support. Two BCSD officers responded Which and did the same seeming to refusing to enter the building while armed . He then left before Cruz did.
Also responding to a BCSD request was the Coral Springs PD who did not have this gun restriction entered the building and cleared it. Cruz was captured while fleeing with other students by an alert CSPD officer off the 45 acre campus. While para medics were denied entrance by the BCSD to see if they could save any of the victims.
Those laissez faire attitudes strongly suggest examining records beside the interaction between the BCSD and this school board also calls for a review how the bureaucracy at this school handled student vs student, and student vs teacher (Cruz was accused of this) altercations, vandalism, thefts, and drug use. Which are bound to occur were being dealt with.To which a dramatic reduction in disciplinary incidents were reported after the selection of Obama’s Chicago friend as school superintendent occurred which was publicly acclaimed.and was receiving large grant from Obama’s Attorney General because of those results. That many critics claimed encouraged criminal activity. Which should require the US Attorney General beside finding out why when the FBI knew that Cruz should not be able to purchase weapons did to review these grant programs instituted by the previous Obama administration.
Because of these Ding Bat liberal policies it brings up another question. Just how safe and secure were those kids ? .Examine records reporting how student vs student, and student vs teacher altercations, vandalism, and thefts, which are bound to occur were being dealt with. Beside the arrangements with the BCSD.
Because in an educational unit this size its pretty clear their security system failed . In a secure system Cruz would have never gotten within the grounds let alone inside.
Now that school board has decided to tear down the school which was probably raised by a funding referendums and the grounds house a memorial

Queer as a $3 bill
What tactics do you think cops have to take down a shooter? Running at him yelling Banzai? Or waiting outside until he runs out of ammo?
.
Hmm maybe theres something else...
Even The NRA offers training- a civilian took down the church shooter in Texas
Kinda depends on if you want them to do what you pay them to do, and how many defenseless children you want the shooter to have access to.
