DEVELOPING: Sources familiar with events surrounding the shooting tell @CBSMiami that when Coral Springs police arrived within minutes of the shooting call, they found not only the BSO School Resource Officer outside the school taking up a defensive position but at least three other @browardsheriff deputies who were waiting outside the school. The Coral Springs officers were told by BSO officers on the scene to wait, but the Coral Springs officers blew past them and immediately entered the building.
These events were first reported by @CNN. A spokeswoman for @browardsheriff and @ScottJIsrael confirms they are investigating if BSO deputies waited while kids were dying. Sheriff Israel earlier tried to dismiss these questions by saying when Coral Springs went in the shooter had already fled. But as one senior law enforcement source told me, at the time BSO was waiting outside they had no idea if the shooter was still inside. They needed to act and they didnt
Interesting.
Seems the “surround them” perimeter defensive attitude is overly preferred by law enforcement.
Who remembers VA Tech shooting on a big university campus and cops milling about the perimeter?
Money quote that, yes, shows blond girl to be a loon:
“Because when shots were fired, I saw him AFTER the fact...”
The defense rests, your honor.
sorry Fred. You got one. Not sure why my links are blank for you.
Sry, devils advocate, but there is difference between running into a burning building and already being inside the burning building. Not disagreeing. Just setting the stage.
“And now, were learning that the first responders were not allowed to tend to victims until the scene was cleared and one victim had to wait 45 minutes for help.”

What are video ends?
I was gonna ask that myself...
Are you sure the links work for you?
Maybe I can’t get anything because I’m in Australia...
Any cop worth his salt, goes in. In fact, after Colombine going in after an active shooter has been protocol. They know this, deputies and sheriff.
That was a really low thing to say about members of this site that you have never met. If your life experience and reading of threads over time here don't tell you that posters here are who you would want to be with (based on actual storytelling and experiences) when the chips are down, I think you are an awful judge of character.
you totally misread my post
I apologize but in the context of the thread that’s how it read to me, and I wouldn’t doubt others, so I’m glad it was cleared up.
I would decline. Why accept the liability without compensation?
Agree ....
Makarov: Only good for shooting people in the back of the head.
This was not negligence. This was an attempt to take the initiative away from the President and advance the Deep State agenda at all costs.
These people are so utterly evil that they are willing to hide behind their own incompetence.
“70 yard kill or disable with a 9 mil is a hell of a shot.”
Growing up out in the sticks we had occasional problems with feral dogs. My older brother used to tell me that a .22 rifle was insufficient to stop a dog of any size. Then, twenty years later, he killed a medium size dog at a distance of AT LEAST 70 yards with one shot from a .22 revolver.
By the way, there are no feral dogs in the area now, only Coyotes which were unknown in South Carolina when I was young. They run in packs like wolves and bring down adult deer in some cases.
