‘Teen Vogue’ Columnist Tells Billy Graham to ‘Have Fun in Hell, Bitch'

“Teen Vogue” Columnist Lauren Duca responded to news of Rev. Billy Graham’s death by telling him to, “Have fun in hell, bitch.”

Taking to Twitter after news broke that the world-renowned and beloved evangelist had died Wednesday at age 99, Duca mocked Graham’s longevity and hurled her insult:

“The big news today is that Billy Graham was still alive this whole time. Anyway, have fun in hell, bitch.”

After receiving backlash on Twitter for her hateful irreverence, Duca doubled-down on her comment, declaring that “Respecting the dead” only applies to people who weren’t evil pieces of sh*t while they were alive, thanks.”

Not on paper. They stopped printing it at the end of last year. It survives as a website. It's not clear that the hard turn to political content killed the magazine, but it probably didn't help.

When I was a child and learned that on the last day God would separate those bound for Heaven and those bound for Hell putting "... the sheep on his right and the goats on his left", I marveled at what a challenging undertaking that would be. Little did I know that the goats would be doing most of the work. The idiot criticizing Billy Graham is positively running to God's left-hand side. No effort required; no challenge imposed.

If Billy Graham was face-to-face with her when she hurled this insult, he would have turned to her in compassion and told her the good news of the Gospel. We are all sinners bound for Hell, but Christ paid the penalty, and by accepting Him, we are saved because our sins are forgiven. And we can be with Christ in heaven, forever.

I pray she comes to know the saving power of Christ. I really believe that we don't have much time. The world is too fragile. Israel is the crosshairs of evil. Our global financial system and most of everyone's electronic wealth can crash in a single day.

Only Christ's power and love is greater.
