There are none more under spiritual assault than men of God and their families. I see it with our own pastor. Both of his kids have been divorced, and assaulted with numerous tragedies.
I lost all respect for him when I found out that he thought that Hillary, a disgusting abortion champion, would make a good president. And having removed the Mormons from a cult status on his website and saying that they’re qualified Christians did it for me.
I hope he’s doing some ‘splainin’ to the big guy up there.

The Washington Post revels in finding sin in a species in which every member does. Further, if it can find a Christian, or the child of a Christian that sins, oh man what a bonus that is to them.
WP, nobody but Christ was or is sinless. Your owner, managing editor, normal editors, and writers don’t know that. Your researchers haven’t figured that out yet?
To the Graham kids, keep right on trying folks. That’s what the rest of us struggle with.

I Cor. 4:5 Paul tells believers to judge nothing before the appointed time. This verse is a caution, as we don’t have all the facts. The Master will judge His servants.
The Lord Jesus stated in Luke’s Gospel 14:26, If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
While nothing the Post article states isn’t true what it certainly lacks is context, especially a biblical one, but that isn’t a surprise. We know their motive is likely suspect in publishing it.
I knew many missionary families growing up. Many of them put their children in boarding schools. In the 50’s we didn’t know the effects these things would have at the time - or not as completely as we do today.
The writing and management staff at the Washington Post will not be compared to Bill Graham on Judgement Day. It will be different then.
The Bible doesn’t hide the failures of the heroes of the faith. But it doesn’t make them any less great. In the end, there’s really only One Hero, only One who was perfect, and that is Christ. A fact I’m sure has escaped this WP writer. Let them do their worst. In the end it will only go against them.

This really isn’t about Billy Graham. It is about William Martin hating Jesus. For William Martin, hating Billy Graham is just one way he can express how much he hates Jesus.
William Martin hates Jesus, and he wants to spread his hatred of Jesus around.
William Martin is a mocker of God, while at the same time wanting to be the judge of the morality of others.
