Clint Eastwood did it again with his newest film, The 15:17 to Paris.
The 87-year-old icon drove liberal critics batty with his 2014 smash American Sniper. Heroism? Sacrifice? All-American values? Its like garlic to some film critics. Theyd rather swoon at films depicting the U.S. Military in an unsavory fashion.
The 15:17 to Paris makes their jobs harder. The story focuses on three heroes (playing themselves) who thwarted a terrorist attack aboard a Paris-bound train in 2015.

Saw the movie last weekend with my wife, and thorougly enjoyed it. It was not a fst paced movie, but it explained why these heroes were friends, why they were Christian, and we are very pleased with the show.
Whyis it that Clint Eastwood is about the only Hollywood director who will tell a story about the good in America, the good Christians in America, and how humble a real hero truly is?
If the critics don’t like it I will go see this movie.
I saw it. It was OK, not nearly his best work. The three heroes from the actual train incident are not actors and it showed.

He’s never been afraid to do so. He wields a lot of power since the early days. Extremely smart businessman creating quality entertainment products.
“”””If the critics dont like it I will go see this movie.””””
I seldom go to movies. I go to the cheap theater if I go at all. Butt, if the wife says the critics love the movie then I don’t go. If those liberal fags like it I probably won’t.
Same here; family all went to see it. Great movie.
I saw it yesterday. It was ok. Very boring in parts but the theme was good. I would give it a “C”. The acting was atrocious.
I’ll be sure to see it. I hate liberals and would gladly do anything to annoy the hell out of them.
I have a similar guideline.
If it is promoted as award-winning at some "film festival" it's a non-starter for me.
.
Because his work is nothing short of brilliant and he puts asses in the seats. It should be obvious that is what America wants to see.
Would love to see it. Hope it comes to Netflix soon.
Critics only like films about gay cowboys eating pudding.
please try to look past that, as they are not professional actors, Anthony Sadler was one of the actual heroes of that day.
Clint Eastwood is laughing, all the way to the bank. He budgeted this film at $30,000,000 USD. Between domestic & foreign revenue intake, he will pass the 30M it cost to produce this weekend, only the second week of release. Eastwood unlike left-wing, Democrat scum & vermin “Hollywood” low life,...knows how to create a film that makes bucks!!! God bless ya, Josey Wales (Clint Eastwood).!!!
It needs to make more than the cost to produce it to actually make money. I want to see it very much but am not expecting much.
I believe most of the people in the movie played themselves, not just the three Americans.
For folks that pan the acting, well, just another reason to go see it.
...after 8 yrs of Odungo spitting on the US and the rats and media gleefully accompanying him it’s as if Trump won again...they can’t accept the fact that the only people who respect the US is everybody else.
Once again I’d like to note how the left is falling prey to “the vampire effect”. They so hate and fear patriotism and the flag, righteousness, religious faith and the Bible, that more and more they are starting to feel physiological effects from exposure to them. Self-Pavlovian conditioning. Like vampires before the cross and garlic.
They cringe almost like they were in pain. They avert their eyes. They make blasphemous curses at both God and whoever is holding whatever icon they despise.
While initially surprised by this behavior, I am starting to enjoy their overreactions. If it causes them physical or spiritual pain, so be it.
I make a point of seeing films like this and Christian film in the theater as I believe it shows greater support than just renting it and to show such support may cause more films like this to be made.
