On a Monday night (February 12th, 2018) episode of Tucker Carlson a democrat member of the House Intelligence committee said something interesting that almost everyone missed. Appearing on the show to joust with Tucker, HPSCI member Eric Swalwell stated: the House Intel Committee has not interviewed a single witness in over a month. [Video Here, quote @03:47] This statement is rather enlightening.
A month earlier, January 4th, 2018, an agreement was finally made between House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes and DOJ Asst. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for complete disclosure of all unreadacted documents.....AND a list of witnesses who Nunes wanted the HPSCI to question.
[.....]
So to summarize so far: during January all the DOJ documents arrived, the HPSCI (Nunes) memo was written, released, declassified and released to the public on February 2nd, 2018 but no witnessed testified. [Nunes Memo Link]
So the question becomes:
How does the exact testimony (including quotes) of Bruce Ohr, and Bill Priestap become part of the Nunes Memo if neither Bruce Ohr or Bill Priestap was ever interviewed by the House Intelligence Committee?
[...]
Heres what is becoming transparently obvious. The fab-five are cooperating with the investigative unit of the OIG. All five of them.
The text message release was strategic. It was intended to substantiate the entire enterprise, put the small group on notice and flush out the co-conspirators. The downstream exits of Kortan, Laufman, Rybicki, McCabe et al are evidence therein.
Additionally, the OIG (Horowitz) would want to keep the testimony of Page, Strzok, Ohr, Baker and Priestap away from the Democrat politicians, well known leakers, within the House Intelligence Committee (ie. Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff) until he was certain their usefulness as witnesses was exhausted.

Reminder: Most good things take time.
Good things are in the near future for those who want to have this nation saved ......... for all of you who are not as ancient as I am.
You will see it.
I wish you well with the good news.
Please take care of the country as the past generations HAVE NOT.
Eric Stalwell........ "easy to despise" --- no question about it.
By the way....... Tucker has been awful lately............ I am not going to watch the kid again.
What chaps my hide is I strongly suspect that sessions knew and had planned To recuse himself before accepting the nomination. He did such a disservice to PDJT when he asked for and received the AG nomination.

As long as Mueller is around, Trump, his family and associates are in danger. I don't believe for a minute that he is a white hat. He may turn into a grey hat as CTH has previously suggested. I think the release of text messages, documents and memos is tell Mueller he has it all wrong and he better cool it.
Yes
LS, tell me why Mueller would choose to help team Trump....
You sound “mental”.
....... just wait Henry Higgins, you just wait.
How did Nunes memo implicate rosenstein?
PRAY that Horowitz or Sessions is NOT giving them all IMMUNITY!
Wouldn’t Sessions make the decision to prosecute?
BINGO!! And they will ALL be RUINED and BANKRUPT!
I think he is on the right track but I don’t think it is OIG
that is picking up their testimony because you need immunity as an inducement to get these folks to flip and testify and immunity is only available as a tool to a prosecutorial entity. OIG is not a prosecutorial entity. DOJ is.Sessions was talking about looking into the fixing of the Hillary e mail scandal among other things. I think it is the Sessions DOJ that may be getting them to flip.I also think that is why McCabe left because DOJ may have told Wray what these dirty 5 were testifying about McCabe and Wray fired him.
