I think he is on the right track but I don’t think it is OIG
that is picking up their testimony because you need immunity as an inducement to get these folks to flip and testify and immunity is only available as a tool to a prosecutorial entity. OIG is not a prosecutorial entity. DOJ is.Sessions was talking about looking into the fixing of the Hillary e mail scandal among other things. I think it is the Sessions DOJ that may be getting them to flip.I also think that is why McCabe left because DOJ may have told Wray what these dirty 5 were testifying about McCabe and Wray fired him.
If you read at bottom of the article he does explain that the IG can’t get people to talk but he can work alongside DOJ to find the answers. It’s either Sessions or Ronstein
