T.Gowdy: I remain 100 percent confident in Special Counsel Robert Mueller
twitter ^ | 02/02/2018 | Trey Gowdy

Posted on 02/02/2018 10:46:59 AM PST by GIdget2004

Trey Gowdy, via twitter:

It is important for the American public to know if the dossier was paid for by another candidate, used in court pleadings, vetted before it was used, vetted after it was used, and whether all relevant facts were shared with the tribunal approving of the FISA application.

While this memo raises serious concerns with the FISA process, I have been and remain confident in the overwhelming majority of the men and women serving at the FBI and DOJ.

As I have said repeatedly, I also remain 100 percent confident in Special Counsel Robert Mueller. The contents of this memo do not - in any way - discredit his investigation.

In the final analysis, someone or an organization did collude/conspired with the Russians. Maybe Mulehead can find her name?

Remember Gowdy endorsed Rubio in the election. Any GOap who was stupid enough to go with Cabana Boy has poor judgement in my opinion and is not to be trusted.

“The contents of this memo do not - in any way - discredit his investigation.”

Lawyers sure can talk purty. I wonder if Gowdy would feel the same if the police lied to get a warrant to search his clients house.

Yes! My sentiments, exactly. He was fun to watch and articulate to hear, but nothing ever came of the pile of bluster.

Mueller knowingly recruited left wing zealots to run his investigation. Maybe he only knows left wingers, I don’t know, but that is what he did.

Then, he moved Strzok out after learning how Strzok left a ton of evidence around about his bias (would have never removed him otherwise) and kept it a secret as long as he could.

They only got rid of his girlfriend this summer as well.

Yeah, we trust him 100%....Brilliant.

Good point. All Trump has to do is sit back and dare them to charge him with something and his lawyers will tear it to shreds.. Comey needs to be prosecuted..this was his show and shows how badly he wanted to make sure Hillary became president... Also Thank God for Assange.

Maybe he’s sending a message to Mulehead to do the right thing. End the investigation.

Yep. Because POTUS isn’t going to be firing Mueller. Ever.

I don’t get how this doesn’t IMMEDIATELY END Mueller’s grifting of the tax payers other wise known as his “RUssian Collusion” investigation. This worm already filed charges against people.
Nice huh?
You get to file federal charges and ruin lives because someone supposedly lied to you while you’re conducting your fraudulent investigation.

The defense of this Mueller swine by ANYBODY right now, is gonna goes me to blow an eye out of it’s socket with anger.

Trey, Trey, Trey...If this does not discredit the Mueller investigation, then please review for me how there came to be a Mueller investigation, and make the same assertion...with a straight face.

I think his point is valuable "The contents of this memo do not - in any way - discredit [Mueller's] investigation."

The press is working with all it's might to make the case that the reason the memo is public, is that Trump is trying to short-circuit Mueller's investigation. The implication being that Trump continues to try to obstruct justice.

That narrative is flawed in many ways, not the least of which is that the base claim of Russian collusion is a frameup by political opponents. It;s also flawed because while Trump is annoyed by Mueller's work, he wants the investigation to come to a conclusion so "Russian collusion" can be put to bed.

If Mueller is going to be discredited, it will be for reasons other than what the Nunes memo discloses.
