I hope you’ve gotten your grocery shopping done so you can stay in and stay warm tomorrow! I don’t know that I’d want snow, but a cooler day with rain would suit me to a T!
Went through all the nests and it was kind of boring. Wish we’d hurry and get some owlets to watch at night! :)

Yes, main grocery shopping was done yesterday and I grabbed a little more cat litter this afternoon while I was out. The roads are wet and will be slick tonight for sure, though I don’t know about tomorrow. Sunlight might help dry them and get rid of any ice. But being able to just stay inside all day where it’s warm is a nice feeling. :-)
We didn’t get much snow and it melted quickly. All wet stuff is past us now.
I wouldn’t wish snow on you .... or anyone. LOL! But I keep hoping you’ll get some rain SOON. Don’t need any wildfires down there, like they’re dealing with in AZ right now.
I made a quick run through the nest cams and am now watching The Amazing Race online. I didn’t get to watch it last night. Yesterday was just a mess all day long. Side-tracked, side-tracked, side-tracked.

HERE is a current map of wildfires in Texas. None here locally, but one up near Lubbock. They haven't had rain for nearly 90 days. The cotton farmers are really suffering.
The news reported a grass fire here in Ector county the other day, but it must have been a small one.

Whew, I was already chilly and just got chillier reading your temp. We aren’t quite that cold here. 30 degrees presently with wind out of the north. That makes this old house cold inside, though I’ve done what I can to plug any drafts. Just not well-insulated.
We did get a little rain today and it snowed for a short time tonight. No accumulation at least.
Hope you had an easier day at work today. The last three sounded mighty hectic.
