The White House does not have to approve the release of a currently classified memo assembled within the House of representatives which purports to display extensive abuse of FISA authority within the FBI, deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley told WMAL Wednesday morning.
“We don’t have to approve it. They have the right to de-classify the document,” Gidley told Daily Caller editorial director Vince Coglianese and WMAL host, citing “legal minds” consulted by the executive branch.

Nunes was the one who put it together, or had it put together. All the “expert” have been saying the Executive Branch has to sign off, in five day, on the release. Looks like the experts did not know.

Wishful thinking, but perhaps the White House has all its ducks in a row and the DOJ is ready to begin either getting indictments, or making arrests. On one of the Q threads it was posted that Obama has now retained a lawyer.

Come on, this has just been the previews. If they had just released it on day 1, half the people would have been sleeping.
When they do release it people will be willing to pay admission and the MSM won’t be able to ignore it.
I’d love to watch President Trump, on reading the memo for national security concerns, then deciding to read it aloud on national media. Wall to wall splodey heads at CNN, MSNBC, nYT, WAPO and so many deserving others.

If that is were true, no Congress members would have seen it.
There are 1.2m pages of supporting docs from which the short Nunes memo is drawn.
The last thing anyone wants to do is half-assedly rush this out with a “See? Gotcha!” only to have many of the pages they didn’t read appear and the Ds say, “This completely contradicts that, hence the whole doc is unreliable.”
Also, there are names of allied, friendly agents who must be redacted. There are names of OUR friendly witnesses who must be redacted throughout all 1.2m pages.
But the Justice Department is FIGHTING its release! Sessions defends the Swamp AGAIN.
