GUYS- email was sent out by NSA before election with some plausible deniability attached to it so people could say "FAKE"! HOWEVER, the main audience wasn't normies, it was the black hats, a shot across the bow to say "WE HAVE IT ALL, YOUR'E RIGGING WON'T WORK". Q just brought it back up to speak directly to "THEM" again to show they are going to dump it all.
There is a difference.
"Arrest" is to take into custody.
"Indict" is when a prosecutor presents evidence to a Grand Jury and the Grand Jury returns a "True Bill" (as opposed to a "No Bill") meaning they have been persuaded there is more or less prima facie evidence of a case. The person indicted need not actually be arrested at this point.
Do you believe Hillary has been secretly arrested?
IIRC, the photos of her in Hawaii carefully avoided showing her legs; and she'd had that boot on, for far longer than the canonical healing period for a broken toe.
John McCain's boot, by contrast, *changed legs* -- which does not happen for a boot designed to support the Achilles tendon, but *does* happen when a tracking bracelet begins to chafe.
