The memo is a summary written by the committee. More specifically, by the Republican leadership of the House Committee on Intelligence.
The other thing that people miss is that this memo is not in the hands of anyone. It is kept in the Intelligence Committee room and the members are allowed to go read it. No pens,no paper, no phones...
So, unless someone has a photographic memory, having any one person leak it is not going to happen either.
So, the Pres does not have the authority to declassify anything but the information provided by the FISA court and the other intelligence gathering agencies. THAT is not going to happen.
The House has to vote to release this. Not the Senate. Not the President.
So, if there is anything in bad about long time members of Congress, this will never be released. As I said on another post, they will never vote to cut their own throats.
Its a nice thought...but the revolution is going to have to come from the outside—because the people inside only think of themselves.

The shi*storm is coming. My guess is President Trump told Chucky to go pound sand on DACA, and that he and the rest of the Deep State sellouts have a special “surprise” headed their way!

That's shocking, since typically the most dangerous place in Washington DC is between Chuck Schumer and a camera.
