We are witnessing a treasonous rebellion by leftist judges who are declaring the last election null and void.
At the core of these traitors' arguments is the belief that the people do not have the right to express their views through the electoral process.
Essentially, these courts are declaring that President Trump doesn't have the same authority as his predecessor and that the powers of the executive branch are constrained by what the judiciary thinks is good policy.
These judges assert that President Trump can't overrule the executive orders of his predecessor with his own executive orders. If that were the case, elections would be meaningless, since one president could effectively prevent the people from rejecting his position by voting for a candidate who disagreed with him.
We see this in the judge's ruling on DACA. Ignoring for a moment the fact that DACA was an unconstitutional usurpation of power by Obama, there is still a huge problem with a court effectively declaring that one president, Obama, can make edicts that other presidents can't change.
This is clearly not a claim by the court that some presidential rulings are infallible, dogmatic, and unchangeable, since we all know that if Bush had produced an executive order that violated the law by limiting legal immigration, the same judge would have ruled that Obama could overrule it.
Instead, what we're seeing is nothing less than a rebellion by judges who reject the idea that elections have consequences and believe they can impose their beliefs on the people. The judges are declaring that Democracy exists in the U.S. only to the extent that viewpoints that judges consider acceptable can result from an election.

Liberal judges = cancerous tumors for this Republic.
Congress has an easy fix to this, but they won’t do their job.
Impeach and remove a few of the worse of these judges thereby creating more openings for the President to fill with honest judges.
Really? And the author is discovering this just now?
The judiciary is a bunch of political hacks in black muumuus operating under some vague theory of law. Yet people on our side, who presumably have a clue, seem to worship them like demigods. (((Facepalm)))
Politics is a scam and were suckers for playing.
-Pericles
Off with their heads!
Unfortunately, they have provided Congress with much appreciated cover for things the legislature would LOVE to pass, but could never do so without committing political suicide.
It's a self-reinforcing conspiracy for both branches.
Outstanding article.
There is no acceptable reason why we have hundreds of unelected little presidents running around able to overrule the one duly elected president. That is irrational, anti-constitutional, and anti-democratic.
The author’s excellent reasons why this could lead to a civil war are logical and possible
We all know what the founding fathers would do with them.
We are in desperate need of comprehensive judicial reform.
The current problem stems from the fact that there are no performance markers that hold judges accountable for their actions.
I would recommend a 3 strikes rule for judges. If your rulings are overturned at the appellate level 3 times then you are a bad judge and clearly have no understanding or no respect for the constitution.
If you sit at the appellate level and you are overturned 3 times by the Supreme Court the same applies.
Right now there are no bench marks for bad performance.
I understand why the author thinks the people can rise and compel congress to impeach/convict tyrannical judges.
Sorry, it ain’t gonna happen as long as senators are popularly elected.
Judicial tyranny, which will only get worse, is here to stay.
So far no one in authority whose authority has been impinged by these rogue rulings has told the lawless assholes to go get stuffed...
So youre saying that politics, like death and taxes. are unavoidable? That doesnt mean we should rush to embrace them.
So what are you recommending? Surely you're not advocating withdrawal which would allow others to make determinations on how we live our lives without our own influence.
So, we have much more to fear than the occasional social justice decision from scotus.
Any one of the almost 700 federal district court judges can stop the President at any time.
This isn’t free-government. It is tyranny. Congress will do nothing.
Was it Leon Trotsky who said,
“Just because you’re not interested in communism doesn’t mean that communism is not interested in you.”
“...we have hundreds of unelected little presidents running around able to overrule the one elected President...”
You have so nailed it, FRiend.
A hundred years ago, before current civil service laws, judges could issue any ruling they wanted. But any executive branch employee who refused to carry out the President’s orders regardless would have been fired. This fact tended to limit judicial overreach.
What we need is to enable easier firing, AND reduce the number of jobs that require Senate confirmation.
Thx!
Congress, by the Constitution, controls lower courts. We need a law that at a minimum restricts their rulings to their own little district with up or down review by scotus within 90 days.
