"Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House" has set the political world ablaze. It contains vivid, detailed, and embarrassing accounts of President Donald Trump and those around him. But the book's author, Michael Wolff, says he can't be sure that all of it is true.
The author of the explosive new book about Donald Trump's presidency acknowledged in an author's note that he wasn't certain all of its content was true.
Michael Wolff, the author of "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House," included a note at the start that casts significant doubt on the reliability of the specifics contained in the rest of its pages.
Several of his sources, he says, were definitely lying to him, while some offered accounts that flatly contradicted those of others.
But some were nonetheless included in the vivid account of the West Wing's workings, in a process Wolff describes as "allowing the reader to judge" whether the sources' claims are true.

In other cases, the media columnist said, he did use his journalistic judgment and research to arrive at what he describes "a version of events I believe to be true."

Legal fees for Wolff to defend himself will bankrupt him.
That sure hasn't stopped ABC Radio News from breathlessly hyping the book every hour on the hour since yesterday.
This author shouldn't see one dime from this work of vicious vindictive fiction.
Yes, I'm publishing all this, but you who don't have any way to know what is a lie and what isn't, should decide for yourselves what is and what isn't.
That would be fitting IMO.
So he relies on rumor and innuendo.
Maybe he could hire Dan Rather and Beverly Young Nelson (the Moore yearbook forger) to help fill in the blanks.
Won’t stop the occutards from masturbating while reading it.
Some parts may not be true. Which parts, you ask? The parts between the first and final page.
This book is a perfect example of that.
The author admits that unidentified parts are untrue, however, it's not what he wrote in the book -- it's how people are reacting to it that is the desired effect.
We've already seen a 180 degree turn against Steve Bannon because of this book, and there are rumors of him being ousted from Breitbart. If that's the only instigated chaos from this book, it's a win.
As more reporting on the book occurs, more Republicans will be drawn into commenting on it. It's those upcoming comments that are the trap for the Republicans. They will be tricked into responding to untrue scenes from the book, and they will make statements that they will later regret.
It's SOP for the Left.

And the rest of it is fiction, true?
No, it’s set the leftard political world ablaze as they chase after yet another certain to bring Trump down bone.

I missed the shipping charge and got rolled, she charged me $40 for $1 package and $5 postage. The item only cost $25!!!
This will be interesting.
Will sell a lot of books, but might face a defamation lawsuit.
Publisher of this piece of trash is....
HENRY HOLT and Co.
I’ve never heard of them..and I’ve known many publishers as my son is an illustrator and draws for many..time to do a search on this company and let them know their works is worthy of basement sales..and we need to boycott them...
Did a search of the Publisher..
Quiet a lengthy background...
The company sold to CBS IN 1967, then in 1985 sold to GEORG VON HOLTZBLISHING GROUP, IN STUTTGART, GERMANY.
In the US it is part of MACMILLAN PUBLISHERS.
Too involved for me to handle...but sure wish someone would go after them for publishing this trash on a sitting POTUS..
I am 6'4” 215 pounds with 2% body fat. I can throw a 105 mph fastball with incredible accuracy. I just got off the phone with Margot Robbie - she was crying because I had to break up with her. I was at a Caribbean resort recently, and ran into Usain Bolt, who I beat in a race on the beach. I ate a pizza tonight.
Some of these are true. Guess which.
....” it’s not what he wrote in the book — it’s how people are reacting to it that is the desired effect”.....
Of course...and all these people laugh all the way to the bank afterward....from the authors to the media pundits and the talk shows. Until the next round of junk spewed out there.
