“...Hillary was not charged with any particular crime yet...”

A massive travesty.

So far Mueller has indicted 5 or 6 people... And so far, at least that many or more who are associated with the fake dossier and phony investigation of Trump have been exposed as conspirators intent on derailing Trumps campaign, and now that he has been elected, interested in destroying his presidency at any cost.

Let’s face it... They decided long ago that regardless of their careers, their reputation and their supposed professionalism, they would do anything they can to ensure that Trump fails.

They have been exposed one by one and they know it... The question is, who wants to avoid going to jail? None of them have been fired, but reassigning them to paperclip retention jobs means that the government still controls them. Their emails, text messages and other devices and phones have obviously been compromised. But they have been under surveillance and now they are being questioned in closed door hearings.

The gig is up... One of them will turn because we’re not talking a few years in prison for perjury... We’re talking a lifetime in prison for treason. One of them will obviously want to avoid that sort of fate. The only question is, which one will it be?

The outer bands yes, but the center has yet to make land fall.

One of Bill Clinton’s first acts after taking office was to manufacture a scandal surrounding Reagan FBI Director William Sessions and create a reason to fire him. Sessions was replaced with Clinton crony Louis Freeh.

Exactly. The FBI used to be a kinda mild check on outrageous illegality of the political class, though mostly regulated by what the Washington Post defined as a scandal.

Comey and Lynch pardoned Mills, Huma, Pagliano, etc... The pardon would have occurred before July 2016. No one has ever publicly seen these pardons (or grants of immunity). They were not even mentioned to the public until the time of Comey’s firing.

Are we all being played for fools. No one sees the paperwork. Secret deals not revealed for 8 months or so. Think about it.

The FBI cannot prosecute anyone. That is the province of the DoJ.

But law enforcement (FBI) can file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor (DoJ) and in most cases the prosecutor will then seek an indictment.

So when the incompetent media says the FBI decided not to prosecute, what they should be saying instead is the FBI decided not to file a criminal complaint.

jOkeass carries a signed pardon for himself

Why should he cares what she says. He needs to worry about what those who did not get a pardon do.

She is going to be wearing that boot for a very long time.

Hiding that tracking device on her leg.

They would never charge the Democrat’s nominee for president, but then you can’t go after Trump for a hoax a year after he won!

I’m wondering that too. Lots of reasons to keep a Hillary pardon secret until needed.

Flip side: if it’s not public or otherwise provably noticed before BHO left office, there’s grounds to dispute it as written late and given a false date. “Oh, you need one after all? thanks for the payoff, here’s a pre-dated pardon looking like I issued it while still in office.”

Where is he backing Hillary?
All he did was state she should have sought a pardon before Obama left office. Not that he wants her pardoned but that she should have taken one if offered. There was a lot of speculation here that she might be pardoned and many threads about how that would work.

Hillary was not charged with any particular crime yet, so any pardon would not have have been sound or enforceable.

It does not matter. Neither was Nixon.

Pardons can cover any crime charged or not

It simply wasn’t challenged. Legal scholars disagree to this day if it was a legal pardon or not.

...the FBI does not have the job of deciding who should, or should not, be prosecuted for crime. It was created to do investigations – period. When it finishes one of its probes, it can and usually does make recommendations, but someone else has the job of deciding what to do with the results of those investigations – an actual prosecutor.

I, too, think Hillary is not being permitted to leave the country. Something is going down.
