President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Tuesday and ripped a Washington Post story that alleged he was close to yanking his nomination of Justice Neil Gorsuch before he could be confirmed. WaPo reported earlier in the day that Trump felt as though Gorsuch would not be loyal to him, and that he considered replacing him with another justice.
Trump, according to several people with knowledge of the discussions, was upset that Gorsuch had pointedly distanced himself from the president in a private February meeting with Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), telling the senator he found Trump’s repeated attacks on the federal judiciary “disheartening” and “demoralizing.”
The president worried that Gorsuch would not be “loyal,” one of the people said, and told aides that he was tempted to pull Gorsuch’s nomination — and that he knew plenty of other judges who would want the job.
The president did not take kindly to this, and called the newspaper "FAKE NEWS." Trump denied that he ever reconsidered Gorsuch, and said he was "very proud of him and the job he is doing as a Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court."

Further, he accused the Washington Post of inventing the "unnamed sources." Trump claimed that they simply do not exist.
I’ve said this before. I’ll say it again.
When/If Civil War II breaks out, the first of many American enemies that must go will be our media.
Thank God Trump has a Twitter account, and uses it like a hammer on the guilty.

What’s funny is, I’m increasingly certain DJT is orchestrating all of it. He says something to someone he doesn’t trust, lets them leak it, then denies it on Twitter. The news gets caught again looking stupid, the leaker dares not say anything, hoping DJT doesn’t know s/he is the leaker, and Trump gets a chuckle out of the whole thing. Meanwhile, as the MSM goes in circles, he’s signing EOs and making phone calls, and carrying on business as he pleases. I think it’s awesome.

WaPo is Jeff Bezos’s Mega Political Action Committee operating as a Fake News outlet.
Frankly, I think Trump is behind a lot of these stories and leaks and then claims something else so the media looks like they have egg on their face.

This seems like an honorable thing to do, knowing these people are leaking. Burn them.
He could just fire them.
Instead he’s putting them to work for him. Gotta love that.
not only that...he is controlling the narrative.
The problem is longer term. There will be legitimate issues brought up by the media and his efforts to discredit them in the eyes of the public bring about a situation that should be taken seriously and it won't.
