Mayors from seven major French cities overwhelmed by the flow of migrants, have written a joint letter to Paris published in LeMonde on Saturday, begging the government to step in and help.
According to the letter, the cities of Lille, Bordeaux, Strasbourg, Grenoble, Rennes, Toulousa and Nantes are taking in “several thousand” refugees per month, which the mayors say is causing a social emergency as they are “backed up against a wall” and “completely saturated” by a seemingly endless flood of asylum seekers.
The year 2017 ends with a massive rise in the demand for asylum and the arrival of newcomers puts extreme tension– particularly with the onset of the cold wave – of the classic public and institutional policies. In a proportion never before known, the mechanisms allocated to housing asylum seekers, led by the State, often with the support of our communities, are indeed completely saturated, despite the steady increase the number of places … The evidence is there, before our eyes, in our streets, in homes and shelters: there is urgency.
Every month, several thousand people arrive in our cities. Integrating those recognized as refugees and helping those who have lost their right of asylum who still remain in our territory is a major issue. –Le Monde (translated)
The mayors point to a lack of shelters, and call on Paris to establish a “solidarity network” between the cities of France dedicated to addressing the flow of migrants, as well as an “enlarged meeting with the state at the highest level,” which the mayors say must act quickly by assuming its sovereign powers to “finance these developed actions and propose a clarified framework of work with the communities for a real plan of reception of the migrants.”

If you did not predict what is going on, and do not even understand it, you have a extreme lack of rudimentary political education. Not at all surprising, given the state of the schools.
Buy some actual books written in the period between the World Wars and read about Communism’s long term plans.
While this is happening, some very very rich elites from France are checking out and buying some very expensive homes/estates in California and maybe NYC!

You allowed this to happen! You could have put a stop to this years ago. But NO! You were afraid to be called a bigot, or a hater, or a xenophobe.
What did you think was going to happen when a hoard of people completely foreign to France or Christendom came to your country with few skills and no knowledge or respect for your language or culture and with no desire to learn?
The only real way to deal with this crisis stop the influx of new “refugees” and to repatriate these people to their home country. No amount of money will deal with this problem.

I wasn’t talking about the leaders of the movement to overwhelm Western Civilization...I’m talking about ordinary people. In Europe, especially, they are forcefully for something that can only lead to the destruction of their own cultures.
BTW, I’ve got more than a passing familiarity with the greatest evil ever unleashed against Man - Communism - since my paternal grandfather ran from Russia at the end of the Revolution, and the rest of his family was stuck in that giant open-air prison for the duration.

For literally thousands of years Europe has fought on the battlefield to prevent Islam from invading the West. Thousands of years. And now Europe has thrown open the gates and welcomed Islam in and encouraged Islam to take the spoils of the West in terms of health and welfare benefits.

It won’t become an emergency for the worthless French government until the smaller cities start dumping their undesirables in Paris. The capital city elites are not concerned as long as they can keep their own nest free of the lice.
I think liberals are so desperate to prove how open minded, tolerant, and accepting of other cultures and religion. Makes them feel good about themselves while getting to call everyone else racist.
