Alabama votes on Tuesday in a special election to fill the Senate seat vacated by Jeff Sessions, now the attorney general. The last polls close at 8 p.m. Eastern. Strong support for Roy S. Moore, the Republican, is expected in rural, mostly white parts of the state and in its northern half. The Democrat, Doug Jones, aims to create a lead in the urban counties that include Birmingham and Montgomery, and across a band of largely black counties.
One critical battleground is a trio of smaller, whiter cities: Mobile, Tuscaloosa and Huntsville. Mr. Moore won a hard race in 2012 by keeping things close there. Mr. Jones hopes to win the cities by a convincing margin.

The thing that worries me is that with what is going on in Washington with the politically motivated witch hunt. Not to mention all the obvious corruption and weaponized government agencies. People just voted to continue that. Trump has been strong, but he can’t do it on his own. The gopE and the deep state are successful this night, and that scares the bajesus out of me.

This absolutely sucks. I really thought Moore could eke out a win. In Deep Red Alabama! Eff the GOPe and the 'RATs of course. And I'm not exactly happy with wimpy Jeff Sessions right now either.

There was a lot of concern about that interview. It probably did make a difference.
Moore spent a lot of his campaign hiding after those accusations. If you are innocent, you are out there every day doing interviews and rallies like Trump. It didn’t help Moore that Jones had all that out of state money coming in and people campaigning for him.
There are no general election runoffs anywhere, but GA had them at one time.
Why would he? He’s happy.

With Jones winning, it’s not fast approaching. It’s beyond disgusting that this despicable, evil, Hilary-loving person won over a God-fearing Christian who would have sounded the halls of Congress with a Godly message they do not want to hear. Yes, you are right. God did not allow this. So evil prevails. I guess the swampsters won’t be draining after all. They’ve just added to their number.

Moore had a 1 vs 14 dollar deficit.
The RSC pulled out to starve him then jumped in when it would not matter to keep it close.
The GOPe was all show not go.
