EU officials announced they have begun court action against Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic over their opposition to the bloc’s mandatory relocation scheme.
The decision is likely to provoke a furious response from the leaders of the three states, which have all argued that the programme presents a security threat to their citizens.
It risks once more plunging Brussels into a bitter and acrimonious battle with three of its newest member states, at a time when the bloc is trying to uphold its remarkable unity of Brexit.
In September Hungary and Slovakia lost an appeal to the ECJ against the legality of the scheme after arguing that it should have been taken by a unanimous decision of the member state.
After that case eurocrats wrote to all four states not honouring quotas, with Slovakia subsequently dropping their opposition, ordering them to immediately start taking in migrants.
In a statement the Commission said: “The replies received were again found not satisfactory and three countries have given no indication that they will contribute to the implementation of the relocation decision.
“This is why, the Commission has decided to move to the next stage of the infringement procedure and refer the three Member States to the Court of Justice of the EU.”

Because a lot of people are unenlightened dullards who haven’t had the opportunity of going to a big name university and seeing the advantages of “diversity.” They are white people who only like white people and, as everybody knows, white people are racists. So, we must use the wonderful mechanisms of globalism to force these people to do what we want them to do.
Here is proof that the EU was designed to eliminate the member countries. The purpose was to wipe out the countries of France, Germany, Italy and all the rest. Those names would no longer designate countries, but would be used when talking about types of wine or cheese.
The first thing the EU did was require the EU flag to fly alongside the national flags. This doesn’t make them equal. It makes the national flag subject to the EU flag.
Then it wiped away the borders between the member countries. This was not to create a larger, more inclusive country, but to make it easier for “extracommunitary” immigrants to come in. No one member country would have an incentive to protect its borders, since the extracommunitaries would most likely find their way into the other member countries.
Now they are harassing those member countries that don’t want the extracommunitaries. For f*ck’s sake, can’t we have a safe place on this bloody planet where they don’t come in? Is there no place to go to be safe among ourselves? Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic are trying to protect themselves from the invasion. Why can’t the EU let them live in peace. Why must it force them to take in savages who will rape, burn and kill them?
What the bloody hell is wrong with the cultures of Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic? Nothing. They are peaceful people with a long history, and don’t particularly trust other national entities, based on their own experience!

The EU has gotten very, very good at buying off leaders of countries they control, either openly or in the background. They've got their hands in governments being overthrown outside the EU. It's becoming the Klingon Empire.

Excellent comments. I would add one point. This action by the EU could very easily drive Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republics back into alliances with Russia. I have a feeling that the people of those countries would rather get closer to Russia than let in hundreds of thousands if not a million or so Muslims.
Sadly...they’ll fold,just like Britain just did..And the Maoists who run the operation know it.These countries are net recipients of EU cash....
It’s going to end in war
So let’s say the EU wins at their court. Then what? They can’t force the countries to execute their orders, so they only have economic sanctions to leverage. But imposing those sanctions hurts their own people as much ch as the countries they are trying to force their bidding on.
This won’t end well for anyone is option one.
Option two. In steps the US with bilateral treaties to replace the EU stuff at slightly higher prices due to the increased distances. US and anti-refugee countries prosper, EU countries suffer economic damage. EU gets ticked and has no additional leverage beyond military force - oh but wait without the US their force is limited. They’re stuck. Now what.

Not just the leaders. The EU spends huge amounts of money buying off young people with goodies. Subsidized study abroad for a year, billions pumped into made up “green” jobs that are the first rungs on a career ladder, etc. In another decade or two those EU created drones will be in power in Poland, Hungary, Czech. Everybody in Brussels knows it and is waiting for it.
Poland was never free. Always dominated by someone. Now they get their freedom and they’re expected to give it up? Sounds like a good place to retire. Help hem learn what freedom is about.

Well they were, but you have to go a long way back to when they saved Europe from the Muslim hoards. A lot of them still have that spirit though.
