Those lower court Nazi judges that originally stopped this should be impeached and replaced. They are political hacks and incompetent.

Quite frankly, even that is disturbing. This should have been a unanimous decision, there is no question that the travel ban is completely within the president's rights.

Imagine every decision Trump makes as commander in chief challenged by the courts. Then Trump has to wait while the courts take 4 months or so to ‘resolve’ whether he has the power or not given to him by the Constitution to make the decision he has made...
That’s not winning...that’s called ceding executive power to the courts.

Ginsburg and Sotomyoer ruled in descent. Constitutional law is very plain on this subject of the powers of the president relative to immigration.
Both know their descent was an activist action based on their political beliefs and not constitutional law. Both are quite brilliant ladies. Both are judicial activists that think their political beliefs supersede The Constitution as written.
Both are an absolute disgrace to the Supreme Court and the Constitution they have sworn to defend. They are both a cancer on the integrity of the Supreme Court to uphold The Constitution.
Those two are the enemy of The Constitution!

This says the ruling is in effect until the 9th hears it. If the 9th overturns the rule, and its decision is appealed, then the ruling will stay in effect until the Supreme Court makes a decision.
Basically, only the US Supreme Court can overrule the travel ban now. And they will wait for the case to reach them.

I was thinking of that idiot judge that refused let Sheriff Arpayo off. She was determined to push her case against him to the bitter end.
Finally she was forced to relent.
I just wondered if the judge in Hawaii would seek to find a splinter issue to resubmit in defiance of the SCOTUS will on this.
