Obama spying on Americans gets a pass. We have to learn to fight like democrats.
I thought the judge said he just has to provide information that leads to someone being prosecuted. No one mentioned the President.
see..this is all being done to hurt him politically and...ummm..er..nevermind.
Leftists: “Muh Logan Act”
Us: PLEASE go after Trump for that. If so, this farce is over.
Trump needs to see the writing on the wall and fire mueller. He has no choice now.
Flynn must have something. I mean they charged him with a single count.
Trump has to fire Mueller. He just has to. We’re witnessing a coup right now. Trump jas to fight back.
Honestly, I am so done with the R / D thing. That tactic has been used to divide us for too long. This is about “we the people” vs. the NWO scum.
For perspective from someone who DOES know what they’re talking about (Ross & the majority of the media do not - saw a bit of The Five a bit ago and they were ridiculous), read this, if you haven’t already:

Not sure Ross has good info. But we do know there is a real crime here. Not sure what it was. But Flynn is not likely to confess to a “Lying to the FBI” charge if he was not more worried about doing far more time. So, there is a much larger crime and the General was part of it.
We do not know who, or even what party was also involved. But we do know that it was big. Or at least the penalty is big. And the general does not mind testifying against the other people. So, what is the penalty? What is the bigger crime? And who is involved? Remember it can be someone in the military or the CIA as well as the White House or it could just be Paul Manafort.
It seems to me he is bothered by people who forced him out of his job in the first place. So there could be someone related to his old job that he will testify against.
Brian Ross forgets Barack Obama was in communication with the Iranians before he took office as reported by CNN’s Christiane Amanpour in 2009:
http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/06/24/iran.obama.letter/index.html
President elect Obama’s reach out to Iran was also reported by the LA Times: http://www.latimes.com/opinion/la-oe-mcmanus15-2009mar15-column.html
Also in the Huffington Post: http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/michael-ledeen/secret-life-in-iran_b_4381109.html
However, Politifact, the liberal authoritative source on “fake news” currently denies the report Obama sought back channel negotiations before his inauguration:
he is the biggest dem operative around ..
more lie from a proven liar .
please stop posting the same crap .
And he knows this, how?
Well then it must be true huh. /sarsacm
‘...Dems thought the Scooter Libby affair was a grave constitutional crisis?’
Judge Napilatano, on Shep Smith’s show, talking about possibility we will face constitutional crisis. imho, Smith was loving it.
No problem with secret Iran deal, no problem with Susan Rice lying on national TV about Benghazi, no problem with Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton, no problem with Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails.....but, BIG PROBLEM if anyone on Trump team talked to anyone in another govt. Media, Dems, establishment R’s working hard to take down our President. Pray they won’t succeed.
“Trump has to fire Mueller. He just has to. Were witnessing a coup right now. Trump jas to fight back.”
If Trump fires Mueller now he risks impeachment with the RINO Republicans and the Democrats combining to charge and impeach him for obstruction of justice. It would be the perfect excuse for Ryan and the anti-Trumpers in Congress to come forward and state they had lost confidence in the President and were going to do the right thing for the nation by removing him.
His lawyer’s response today was very measured and appropriate stating he believed Mueller was moving toward wrapping up the investigation.
The appropriate counterattack for Trump is to have his legal team express concern about the leaks from Mueller’s team to Mueller in a formal letter to Meuller and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is responsible for overseeing Mueller. The letter should express concern that the leaks are illegal, they jeopardize the rights of citizens being interviewed and investigated, and they have reached the point where they are negatively impacting the economy (mention today’s stock market volatility when the leak was reported). Ask Meuller and Rosenstein to investigate and stop the leaks in the interest of a fair and impartial investigation. The leaks are harmful to the investigation and detrimental to the governance of the country. Leakers are committing a crime and if they are members of the special counsel’s team, they indicate a lack of integrity and impartiality by some members of the special counsel’s team.
Such a letter puts the monkey on Mueller’s back and puts Mueller on notice. Trump can then hold the letter and make it public at a future date when it is to his advantage. In fact at that future date Trump can make the letter public, note that Mueller has not taken action to stop the leaking, and request publicly the judge overseeing the trial and Attorney General Sessions begin an investigation of the leaks.
Unfortunately this will be a long drawn out process. While firing Mueller can be justified in a normal world where the president can count on the support of his party in Congress, the fallout on a president who doesn’t have that support could be devastating. Trump does have the power to set traps, which will have the effect of creating a perception in the public Mueller has been acting in bad faith and without integrity.
If this turns out false Brain Ross should be indicted.
“Unfortunately this will be a long drawn out process. “
Doesn’t have to be...Sessions could un-recuse himself and fire Mueller. Why doesn’t he? /rhet
Sounds to me like Mueller water-boarded Flynn to break him. Shouldn’t we be crying about torture by the members of the US government? Where’s McCain?
