In an impassioned letter released exclusively today to AL.com, Leigh Corfman, who accused Roy Moore of undressing her when she was 14 and he was 32, demanded the Republican Senate candidate stop calling her a liar, and attacking her character and end his "smears and false denials."
AL.com received a copy of the letter in person from Corfman. She declined to comment beyond what was contained in the letter.
"I am not getting paid for speaking up. I am not getting rewarded from your political opponents. What I am getting is stronger by refusing to blame myself and speaking the truth out loud," the letter states.

The letter demanded that Moore stop questioning her allegations.
Corfman's lawyer wrote:
"I demand that you stop calling me a liar and attacking my character. Your smears and false denials, and those of others who repeat and embellish them, are defamatory and damaging to me and my family.
I am telling the truth, and you should have the decency to admit it and apologize."
The article mentions Corfman's attorneys. Corfman's attorneys turn out to be the firm of Gentle, Turner Sexton & Harbison. They appear to have been representing her for at least several months.
Edgar C. Gentle, III, the founder of the firm is the Treasurer of the Alabama Democratic Party.

Tell ya what, Leigh ... why don’t you denounce the phonies aligned with Allred, and the women who regret kissing a 32 year old when they were 18 year old women, so that you aren’t associated with all these crazies? Right now, THEY are your context. YOUR story wasn’t released until it was coupled with an 18 year old woman who was “plied with alcohol” illegally and the like. My guess is your story doesn’t stand so well on its own, but the others would only lie and exaggerate so far.
Unless one believes she is lying, then that is even more sick.
40 years ago and somehow this became the defining issue of her life.
And when Moore wins the election, she will disappear like Allred.

Even if he didnt do anything inappropriate.. still no way a grown man should be anywhere NEAR a 14 year old that way... none!

Most of us do believe she is lying. Her mother was at court the day she met him to turn her over to her dad because she was “difficult”. How could she have had two dates with him in just one week and does anyone believe she wouldn’t tell her dad. Just 10 days or less between court and move in with dad.
All these allegations against Roy Moore are ......Nothing but a fraudulent pack of DNC lies.....
