In an impassioned letter released exclusively today to AL.com, Leigh Corfman, who accused Roy Moore of undressing her when she was 14 and he was 32, demanded the Republican Senate candidate stop calling her a liar, and attacking her character and end his "smears and false denials."
AL.com received a copy of the letter in person from Corfman. She declined to comment beyond what was contained in the letter.
"I am not getting paid for speaking up. I am not getting rewarded from your political opponents. What I am getting is stronger by refusing to blame myself and speaking the truth out loud," the letter states.

Gadsden *something* High School. Unfortunately I didn’t bookmark the site, and don’t have time right now to look it up again. But it was very clear, and Corfman’s name was listed as “no response” to the invitation to the reunion.
Great info. Thanks for posting.
What did Moore do that was illegal? You cite ‘creepy’, but nothing ‘illegal’.
“I went to Classmates.com and found that she was in the class of 1979”
I found her in the class of 1982.

Yes.
I did the same thing. What I found is that the entry for Corfman in 1979 is a null link. She is also listed twice for the 1982 class reunion. The second of those entries is a live link to a page for her, with pictures.
From that, I concluded that the 1982 entry was the correct one.

You seem to be ignorant of most of human history.
First of all, all the claims against Moore involving girls under the age of 16 have already been discredited. If you were an honest player you would know that and act accordingly, instead of trolling here.
Second, for most of modern history, say, since the ascendancy of Western Civilization, it has been the expected and standard practice for men to go out and make a career and establish themselves, then go find themselves a woman of prime childbearing age to make a family with. Standard. Practice. In fact, expected, and to act otherwise was considered rash in many parts of society. This only changed recently, and gradually, since WWII when many women entered the work force for good, and since the 1960s and 1970s, during the sexual revolution which made women much more accessible to men for sex.
That is why, prior to the modern era, the age gap in marriages was often several decades. At the other extreme, people also married a lot younger and even a century ago, marriages as young as 10 were not unheard of. It didn't just stop overnight. It has gradually declined over the past decades so that it can now be presented as immoral to the gullible by progressives and other social manipulators. News flash - in most of the world, including the West and much of the USA, even, it's not a big deal or even worthy of comment, and in many parts of the world, the practice is much more extreme and always has been (and likely will be for a long time to come).
Then there is the biological argument: Men are able to reproduce at a far greater age than women. Whether we were designed that way, or evolved that way, is irrelevant to the point. It is what it is, and it suggests that there is a benefit to the species for it.
Moore has not been proven to be guilty of anything immoral, or even unusual for the era in question.
So, get off your high horse and stop being a tool of the progressives who are trying to undermine and topple our society and culture.
Leigh Corfman, Roy Moore Accuser, retained a law firm, before WP obtained their scoop. The firm is headed by Edgar Gentle who happens to also be the Treasurer for the Alabama Democrat Party. 100% political hit job. Theres your answer who gave them victims.

(By the way, I looked this up and its true that the firm representing Corfman is headed by the Alabama Democrat Party treasurer.)
Aaaaand, that will about do it for this round of “False Witnesses Against Moore.”
Where was she and her “story” when Moore had twice been elected to the AL Supreme Court?
Where are you, after all these questions & comments here?
This is just another Democrat operative pushing a lie. Read the article.
Is he still going after teens? The true sign of those who prey on the underaged is that they are unable to control themselves. If he were anywhere near as bad as you imagine, there would be a trail of current day teens from here (Madison) to Mobile filing complaints against him.
Either he didn’t do what they say at all, or he’s not what you imagine. He’s been a husband of one wife, a proven Christian who stands up for God, family and the Constitution. That is more than any one of the other clowns in the Senate can say.
I live here in Alabama. I’m voting for him. There is nothing Mitch or his reach around the aisle friends, the democrats, can do to change my mind. Praise God.
They’ll just have to get used to having Moore in the Senate.
Wow. And on FR, too. I guess this place is eat up with Establishment RINO types now.
Thankfully, you can't vote in this election. I can. I am voting Roy Moore, despite the media lies you are supporting.
Me too and me too. Go Moore!
40 years ago you could marry a 14 year old in Alabama With parental consent.
You take her word as Gospel? If you are THAT gullible, let me show you some oceanside property in AZ I can let you have really cheap.
There is a reason for statutes of limitations. More than one, actually. For one thing, memories are malleable and unreliable over long periods of time. We have every reason to suspect that the story is based loosely, if at all, on reality. It may be a recovered - i.e., in reality a fabricated - memory. Which seems entirely real to the rememberer, but which does not correspond to actual events in the past.Secondly - in the immortal words of Hillary Clinton - What difference, at this point, does it make? That was a fatuous question coming from an aspiring presidential candidate about an event in the recent past about her tenure as Secretary of State. But it is not fatuous WRT a dubious allegation from several decades ago which, if true, do not represent the behavior of the man today or we inevitably would know about it.
Great, thanks.
That's what she said. She made the accusations a little over a month before an election after waiting 40 years. Moore says it didn't happen.
Moore is innocent until proven guilty. Based on the timing I don't consider the charges credible. Anyone can make accusations. I will be voting for Moore on Dec 12.
