Your point is well taken. You met the man and observed him over time. I never met him so all I had was what I assumed and heard about him. You say you knew something wasn’t right about him - (perhaps your gaydar was tilting red).
In a few words, very little if it gets to court depending on the state.

The answer is “No.” We are in an era when the hive is being purged of the “different ones.” There is no defense when a purge of the hive is taking place.
Oddly enough, I gained that observation of humanity when I was about eight years old, watching a British sci-fi movie called “Five Million Years to Earth.”

The longer ago it took place, the less credibility the accusation has. If it wasn't important 40 years ago to you,; it's not important to me now. Unless you have really overwhelming evidence.
Finally, which is worse, documented and admitted support for abortion (60 million victims and counting since RvW), or unsubstantiated allegations from 40 years ago? Also, remember that except for one instance, the alleged conduct was legal. I'm not even sure about the 14 year old.

... except in most cases the accusations seem to end after paying out more in both alimony and the property division. Child support in many jurisdictions is based on income tables, etc etc. (There are ways however to eek out more $ in child support, or limit the father’s child custody - another battleground.)
I am not aware (though it may happen) where in the divorce case the accuser agrees to remove each and every false accusation from their pleadings/filings, and then said documents are so amended to remove the accusations. One courthouse lawyer explained it to me - Everyone knows divorce case pleadings are filled with lies; there would be nothing left if they were all removed. Since amending filings is not done, the falsehoods remain in the public record, in perpetuity. The presumed guilt endures, and may be used against the accused at some point in the future should it become necessary - e.g. a certain politician running for office. Bottom line - many men are not proven innocent in divorce cases.

1) The MGTOW (the internet is wonderful, I had no idea what it meant before) ONLY works before an accusation. Once that is made (which is the subject of this thread), then it is of little use.
2) A wise man once said, “If it flies, floats or f&*#s, its cheaper to rent than buy.”
3) Western men need to MGTOW very quickly and in large numbers, before it is too late. Let legions of women be childless and husbandless into their old age, and those in their 20s and 30s understand that this is THEIR fate if the undue heat isn’t taken off of men, and then maybe this crap will stop. Oh, and men HAVE to stop voting for ANY Democrat, or even moderate Republicans that back this kind of crap up with their votes.

The only problem I see with point 3, is that men will create a vacuum which women will fill with government, or at worst immigrants, which may further marginalize men.
Women tend to seek security, and as a voting bloc, tend to vote for giving government more influence and power.
Perhaps a corollary to point 3 is that men, should they choose to marry or enter relationships, should be highly selective of the women with whom they share their lives.

Even worse is an accusation of child abuse. There is simply no defense that will remove the stigma of an accusation.

That’s the opposite of what men need to do. Mike Pence is the example of how to do it right. He entered into a lifelong, monogamous marriage and avoids even the appearance of impropriety.
False accusations do not need to have any basis in reality. But a man being perceived as anti-women is not going to go in his favor when false accusations happen.
