Is There Any Protection for Men Who Are Falsely Accused of Sexual Harassment?

Posted on 11/28/2017 7:29:06 AM PST by pinochet

A Teen Vogue Columnist, Emily Lindin, said that it is justified for innocent men to loose their jobs from false accusations of sexual harassment, so long as it helps in "undoing the patriarchy".

Resentful former girlfriends have been given unlimited license to destroy the reputation and careers of their former lovers.

We all know from experience that men and women tell lies at similar rates. Why should we believe the women, and not the men?

It is time that American men started to stand up for themselves. If men in the Western world cannot stand up for themselves, then they cannot stand up for the West. Wise women of the west know that if men of the West cannot stand up for themselves, the women of the West will become the property of Muslim men.

American men should never become like Swedish men. Swedish men refused to stand up to radical feminists, and now they are unable to defend Swedish women from Muslim immigrant men.

Guilty until you prove yourself innocent, which is of course impossible, so you’re guilty

Where I used to work back in the 80’s and early 90’s, a woman there used ‘Sexual Harassment’ claims to climb up the corporate ladder, by eliminating the men whose jobs she wanted.

This worked, two times, getting two men fired immediately taking their jobs.

She tried it a third time and it backfired on her.

The man she accused of sexually harassing her was gay, but she did not know that...............................she was fired.................

Unable to defend, or maybe unwilling?

Get yelled at and insulted a few times for being a gentleman and holding a door open for a “Lady”, and I assure you that your attitude towards these “Ladies” will change.

I'm not sure I draw the same conclusion about standing up to women and the Muslim men issue in Sweden.

I still believe the accuser and the accused should be treated equally. If the accuser is to remain unnamed, then so to should the accused until they are shown to be guilty whether in court or in a business or social setting.

And if I say that Emily Lindin is a slut who sleeps with 100 men a day, is there no recourse for her?

Not saying, just asking.

The broken record can work. Pick your lines carefully and then repeat them precisely every time. Make the lines clear, concise and address all charges adequately. Then repeat every time someone asks you about it. The only deviation should be when someone tries to fish for more, just say, “LIke I said”, and then repeat the broken record part.

It’s very effective.

To a degree, women who sleep there way to the top are actually participating in a form of affirmative action. If Sally will sleep with the boss but Sarah won’t but Sarah is more qualified and yet Sally is chosen, that to a degree is a form of affirmative action.

All we can do is recognize the truth:

If you saw it yourself then you know what happened.
If you saw it on video then you know what happened.

If not, it’s all he-said, she-said.

One method is to not live so close to the edge that such an accusation is believable. This is why I believe that Judge Moore is weathering the storm. Over the last 40 years his life has been as impeccable as one can be, which is why public opinion is on his side.

Similar story, except she claimed that she was assaulted sexually in the shipping and receiving area. He demanded a security tape review, which clearly showed her walk past his office without a word spoken nor glance involved.

She kept her job, and so did he. That was “justice” in the 90’s.

Her keeping her job was an injustice of the highest degree.

I remember this lesbian I worked with at Boeing in 1983. She was the “activist” type, always in everybody’s face about feminism, etc. Her car had all the appropriate bumper stickers too. But they did not have the power back then that they do now in the corporate world.

So, one day we are in a third story conference room waiting for a guy to show up to the meeting. We were about a minute after our starting time and I could see the guy walking across the street from the other building and said we should wait for him. She said, “I think we should start now.”

I said, “We’ll go ahead and wait. He’ll be here in a minute.”

She said, “Why should we do what you want?”

I said, “Because I’m the man.”

This was one of the greatest guilty pleasures in my entire life. Her reaction was priceless and silly. Loved it.

That was a sane world. We’ll eventually return to it.

As Ann Margaret said to her hostage John Forsythe in KITTEN WITH A WHIP...
“All I have to do is mess my hair and scream! One look at me, and who would believe you!”

If accused, It’s a game of he said/she said and only women seem to be considered credible.

Longer term, there are a lot of things men can do. First off, avoid relationships with women who are likely to cause grief. It should be obvious that dating women who own a “pussy hat” is not going to end well. Doing your due diligence pays off. Dads and moms need to exert influence here as well.

There are plus or minus four billion women on this planet. There is no reason to deal with spoiled, man-hating witches.

In the professional world, recording conversations might be a good idea.

Politics is a scam and we’re suckers for playing.

Over the last 40 years his life has been as impeccable as one can be, which is why public opinion is on his side.

People believed that about former US House Speaker J. Dennis "Denny" Hastert too.

The whispering campaign in his district however was that many people knew he was a dirty creep. The allegations that Hastert sexually molested young men & boys while he was a high school wrestling coach started surfacing in 1992, I became aware of them in 1994.

Look how long it took for it to come out publicly what a slimeball douchebag Hastert really was. He was finally brought down in a money laundering scandal two years ago while paying one of his victims millions of dollars to keep quiet.

I'm NOT saying that Judge Roy Moore is dirty here. I have no idea. All I'm saying is you don't really know sometimes until an unrepairable dam breaks, like it did with Hastert.

How many men going through divorce are falsely accused of abuse! 95%? Men are always presumed guilty until proven innocent. Our court systems need drastic reform in this area as many men are suffering from unjust accusations which in many cases effect their parental rights.
