Three NFL players, including Eric Reid, took a knee on Veterans Day and I have HAD IT with the NFL. The league and its players are being dishonest AND dishonorable in this case and, though this is not directly related to Jihad, I feel compelled to comment on this whole stupid saga.
NFL players are trying to change the facts of their disrespect for the flag and the national anthem after the fact. Colin Kaepernick started all this and his protest was NOT misunderstood, despite what the players may say today.
At the same time he was drawing attention to himself with his disrespect for the flag and the anthem, he was going around WEARING A FIDEL CASTRO T-SHIRT.
Fidel Castro was no champion of human rights. He was a Communist dictator. So, no one can tell me that this all started as a misunderstood effort to bring attention to police brutality or oppression or any such nonsense.
That is all a pack of lies.
Kaepernick was and is simply an anti-American Left-wing agitator and those who have followed in his path, particularly Eric Reid, should rightfully be categorized as such until such time that they rebuke Kaepernick and his demonstrations.

The BLM/NFL Slum Dog Millionaires think we are as dumb as the homeies they hang out with. Since massa profits be going down they knows they gotta do something or there goes their millionaire life style. They think they can lock arms and fool Whitey into believing they love America as much as we do and still be “down” with the cause.
They don’t know what the “cause” is but that doesn’t matter because whatever they say is a lie. The truth is they have been taught to hate America and think we will stand by and be lectured by them. This is NFS Negro Fatigue Syndrome which is chasing patriotic Americans away from the dying NFL.
Come Super Bowl, stand strong in the protest. Turn off the TV; don’t by tickets; make reservations at several hotels and then cancel on Friday before the game; etc.
9ers Eric Reid and Marquise Goodwin, both of whom have been protesting for most of the season, knelt, as did Giants defensive end Olivier Vernon
More fake news?
The photos I happened to see indeed did show players on various NFL teams standing up, but without holding their hands on their hearts as required by the protocols of NFL regulations.
So they're STILL slyly protesting and being disrespectful as the media tries once again to pull the wool over the public's eyes....and the conservative commentators aren't even bothering to point out this ongoing protest gambit. How come they didn't notice this ???

Speaking of “Goodell must go,” Jerry Jones has tried to rally other owners to not renew Goodell’s contract. So now there is a move afoot to try to take the Cowboys away from him through forfeiture.
New York Giants defensive end Olivier Vernon also knelt. His father is a retired police officer but he has knelt since Week 3
Yes, like the Refs did last night......................
Well, I don't find it entertaining any more because I have come to believe it's all fake - with pre-arranged results in most key games.
It is fake at several levels. Others might quibble about where the faking is found, but, in the end, it is nothing more than performance entertainment.
Niners? Figures.
The practice of team personnel wearing military style camouflage clothing is almost as irritating to me as the kneeling. What might have been a show of respect a year or two ago is now just pandering. Public relations or advertising will not solve the problem. Heads need to roll, starting with the commissioner and including the players and coaches who participated or tollorated it. The owners can get control of their businesses or let them fail, their choice
Last night Casablanca was on tv when I turned it on. The scene was in Rick’s bar where the People got upset with the Germans singing their Nazi song. They then broke out in the French National Anthem.
From back in the day when even Hollywood has patriots.
F the NFL.
Have you seen the new NFL patriotic commercial? Several players state they love the country and honor veterans. Nope, sorry, noting buying this play to bring back fans.”””
Also the ‘military style jackets’ the coaching staff are wearing on the sidelines....cammo print & U S A on the back.
Lame....lame LAME crap.
These ‘athletes’ cannot play for a lifetime & retire at 65....so somewhere along the way, they have to have another job. WHO will hire ANY of them??? Advertisers & sponsors are drying up.
I have absolutely NO sympathy for a single one of hem-—least of all CK.
The scene at the Phoenix NASCAR race was entirely different.
Military members all over he place. EVERYONE not in a wheelchair standing for the anthem. Drivers signing autographs everywhere for men in & out of uniform & Veterans.
The ‘flyover’ was done with F-35 stealth planes. They were really neat looking.
He got a diploma from University of Nevada-Reno. Be careful who you might hire from that ‘university’.
“The practice of team personnel wearing military style camouflage clothing is almost as irritating to me as the kneeling.”
Not just irritating, I find it insulting. They think we’re such fools that we would be easily appeased by such obviously self serving propaganda.
Dozens of them stood with arms linked, a defiant way of saying “you want me to stand, ok I’ll stand, but not respectfully”. The hell with them!
Why? For allowing the NFL thugs to show their true colors? He didn't force them to disrespect our country - he only failed to stop it.
Goodell has done me a great favor. I know, without a doubt, what many of these players are all about; consequently, I haven't watched a single snap since early last year and plan to never watch another for the rest of my life. Thanks, in part, to Goodell, I didn't make the mistake of continuing to support the NFL while thinking that these acts were a few isolated instance.
What a lot of low life scum. the veterans selflessly endured far more than these bed wetters so the same could act like asses
Nor do real men, except in the case of asking for God to bless and forgive.
