In a previous post I made the case that Federal Judge Theodore D. Chiang was a key figure in the cover up of Uranium-Gate from Congress . Before being seated as a judge Theodore D. Chiang obstructed the Congressional investigation into Benghazi demonstrating his criminal loyalty towards Obama. The timing of events in Congress and his nomination suggests that Senator Reid may have been involved in the cover-up. The previous judge occupying the United States District Court for the District of Maryland was Bush Nominee Roger Warren Titus,. His intention to open up his court seat was on or before Sept. 25, 2013 . That is when Obama nominated Chiang.
On November 13, 2013 , Senator Reid used the nuclear option to guarantee Obama nominees would pass through the Senate. After the nomination went out of Committee on January 16, 2014 a cloture vote was held in the Senate on May 1 2014. The vote was 54 to 43 . If not for the rule change the nomination would have been held up. The Senate voted to approve Chiang on May 2, 2014. Vadim Mikerin , the Maryland based mastermind of the Uranium-Gate was arrested October 2014. A Department of Justice web page states that Mikerin started his criminal activities in 2004. While it’s known a Confidential Informant informed the FBI in 2009 , and the deal went down in 2010 it’s possible the corrupt dealings were also known to the Bush administration since the criminal activity started in 2004 .
Reid had plenty of time to force the rule change. Why did he wait until Nov 13, 2013 to do it? The timing provides the clue: Reid forced the rule change to guarantee an Obama hand picked obstructer of justice could be put into the perfect freshly opened spot to quietly settle the Uranium-Gate scandal without Congress knowing the collusion of The Obama regime in selling that Uranium.
Ex-Majority Senate Leader Reid may have known of the Uranium collusion and helped Obama hide it. The timing is certainly suspect. Reids’ corruption is already well known. This would be a cherry on top criminal resume enhancer for Reid . Given his rotten soul if he did this to Obstruct Justice it would give him that warm criminal feeling of satisfaction a crook gets after pulling off a cover-up of monumental proportions.

When Reid said, “I think it is much easier to be a good member of the Church and a Democrat than a good member of the Church and a Republican,” he meant it is much easier to be a crook and a Democrat than a good member of the church.
You repeat yourself! They maintain the illusion of being lawful and good, but writing laws so theft becomes legal does not make it right. Democrats legally steal for a living and then trade in stolen goods. The legal part of that is iffy.

President Trump’s Twitter account landed him into trouble yet again Wednesday, with a federal judge using a recent tweet about shooting terrorists with bullets dipped in pigs’ blood to prove Mr. Trump still maintains “religious animus” toward Muslims — and therefore his latest travel ban is illegal.
Judge Theodore D. Chuang, an Obama appointee to the U.S. District Court in Maryland, issued a ruling early Wednesday enjoining the administration from carrying out the latest iteration of the travel ban, issued in September
This could be the biggest political scandal in our nation’s history but my guess is that republicans and other swamprats won’t pursue it.
Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were executed after being convicted of committing espionage. These folks deserve no less.

Democrats are the party of corruption, treason and perversion. I’d estimate 90% of such scandals involve one or more of them, Bill Clinton being the prime example, having repeatedly committed all three acts.
Judges like that refuse to accept reality. If the truth is that Muslim terrorists commit acts of terror in order to gain their 72 virgins, then the way to stop them is to ensure that they don’t believe they can acquire their 72 virgins that way. That’s what bullets dipped in pig blood is all about. A strong disincentive to commit acts of terror, based upon what in reality motivates the acts of terror in the first place.
If prevention is unconstitutional according to this judge, then this guy bears the bloodguilt for all the acts of terror he enables. Somebody needs to make that painfully obvious to him.
To “peace-loving Muslims” bullets dipped in pig’s blood hold absolutely no threat. The only Muslims Trump is showing bias against are the ones who want to commit acts of terror. And by saying Trump is threatening/discriminating against all Muslims because of the “pig’s blood” tweet, this judge is admitting that HE BELIEVES all Muslims are terrorists.
Somebody should make that painfully obvious to him.
But if this is the go-to guy to cover up treason against the US, no ethical argument will make any difference to him anyway. It would be helpful to him, though, if he could have a warning about how serious his breaches are BEFORE he meets his Maker. Justice is sure; the crap the powerful get away with here is just an illusion. We do these people no favors by withholding justice from them in this world, because the next is going to be a real stinker for them if they don’t repent now.

The Obama era was definitely corrupt but we’ll never know just how corrupt. Thankfully, some things are coming out surprisingly early. They all need to be housed in GITMO the rest of their lives.

Chuang is staying true to form. He must have been bought. If so he certainly stays bought. In 1801 John Adams and his recently voted out party in a last act of spite created and stuffed the Judicial branch with a bunch of last minute judges. Adams was literally adding judges all the way to midnight on the night he was going to lose power. (Hence the name "Midnight Judges"). Thomas Jefferson with his new Congress dissolved the midnight courts which removed all those troublesome judges. Just a nice precedant our Congress should use again.
I use to be very interested in reading about Soviet spies. The story I got was that the FBI was closing in on the Soviets' prized nuclear spy so the USSR set up the Rosenburgs to take the fall. (The Rosenburgs were actually spying on subs). The ploy worked and the actual Soviet nuclear spy went on to work in England.
