Republican Roy Moore, the anti-Republican establishment candidate, is tied at 42 percent...with Democrat Doug Jones in the U.S. Senate race...
A Fox News Poll also finds that among just the 53 percent of Alabama registered voters who are extremely or very interested in the race, Jones has a one-point edge over Moore (46-45 percent).
...
The poll, released Tuesday, shows 42 percent of Moores supporters have some reservations about their candidate. For Jones, that number is 28 percent.
...
Plus, 21 percent of those in the Jones camp say theyre voting against Moore as opposed to for Jones. Thats three times the number of Moore supporters who say their vote is based on dislike of Jones (7 percent).
...
The main reasons Moore supporters give for backing him include party loyalty (41 percent) and his Christian beliefs (20 percent). Among Jones supporters, it is party loyalty (35 percent) and their belief Moore is extreme (32 percent).
In a Republican stronghold like Alabama, it helps Jones that Democrats are more likely to back him (85 percent) than Republicans are to support Moore (77 percent). Independents go for Jones by 33-26 percent (27 percent undecided).
...
The poll finds 29 percent say Jones is too liberal for Alabama.
On the other hand, 39 percent of voters feel Moore is out of step with Alabama today. Even 24 percent of Republicans feel that way.
...
Only 3 in 10 Alabama voters are pleased with the way the federal government is working these days. Most voters are either angry (22 percent) or dissatisfied (45 percent).
With the GOP controlling the White House and Congress, the Democrat Jones leads by 18 points (52-34 percent) among voters expressing frustration with Uncle Sam. Those satisfied with the government break for Moore by 41 points (62-21 percent).

“Remember, Roy Moore was twice removed from the Chief Justice post for violations of Judicial Code.”
The second time was for opposition to the Supreme Court’s redefining marriage. So the people in Alabama say more power to him. Moore stood right there with Thomas Jefferson, who issued warnings about the Supreme Court.
Nonsense.
Trump supports Moore. Alabama overwhelmingly supports Trump.
Moore wins easy.
“He set himself up above the law.”
He set himself up against the ruling of the Supreme Court. You fine with the Supreme Court redefining marriage The Supreme Court set itself above the Constitution.

Total BS: they’re spreading the fear over their AZ Flake panic.
Irrelevant. “But he did it first!” is an excuse I learned does not cut ice back when I was around 2 or 3. The rule of law is either respected or it’s not. And if we stop doing it then it’s game over and we can kiss the Republic goodbye.
“Trump supports Moore. Alabama overwhelmingly supports Trump.
Moore wins easy.”
Tell that to Luther Strange.
Moore is a nut, who must win. We cannot lose the Senate majority or we can forget Trump getting any judicial appointments through.
What do you mean HIS God’laws? God...is.
I dont believe it and could care less what swampwater media reports.
Moore is nutty. Thee’s a reason Trump wanted Strange who was voting with him
This is only one poll, FOX NEWS.
Here they have averaged three polls:

And they get:

FOX News 10/14 - 10/16 801 RV 3.5 42 42 Tie

Opinion Savvy 9/27 - 9/28 590 LV 4.0 50 45 Moore +5
Moore is nutty.....I heard the same thing about Trump. Maybe nutty is better than arrogant, rich, powerful and narcissistic?
Thomas Paine agrees with you.
Roy will win this race.
That horse left the barn 214 years ago, and has not been seriously challenged since.
214 years of jurisprudence and stare decesis says what the Supreme court ruled is the law of the land.
In all cases.
And the power of the Federal Government, which ultimately comes through the barrel of a gun, will enforce all these decisions.
You can stand on a corner and preach it’s unconstitutional, along with the Income Tax, until you are blue in the face. But if you violate, you will go to jail...at the barrel of a gun.
Additionally, the Judicial Code of Alabama, which Judge Moore swore to uphold, says he must uphold all Federal law and Federal Court orders.

we have a horse race!
turn in to Fox News for daily information on this razor tight race (at least until the final days when it will miraculously show Moore surging) *cough* *cough*
I agree we all should work hard to help elect Moore. Even if one can do just a little, it adds up.
