ESPN pundit Jemele Hill wants fans to boycott the sponsors of the Dallas Cowboys following remarks from owner Jerry Jones.
Jones said Sunday that he will bench players who refuse to stand for the national anthem, and apparently that didnt sit too well with Hill.
Change happens when advertisers are impacted. If you feel strongly about JJs statement, boycott his advertisers, she tweeted in part late Sunday night after his comments.
Not sure how happy ESPN management will be with an employee telling NFL fans to boycott NFL related sponsors, given the fact that ESPN needs the NFL to stay alive.

Hill is a walking symbol of hypocrisy - her own and those around her.
Despite all the talk of gay pride and the media’s systematic persecution - often led by Hill herself - of anyone who might question the lifestyle or its relevance to sport, Hill’s lesbianism is more or less an open secret.
It’s interesting to note that Hill wil, play up the militant black sista angle to benefit her career but avoids the less-beneficial topic of sexuality.
The more the merrier.
Since when is it correct in any form to hate your country because a person you didn’t agree with got elected? If that is how politics is, then let’s call it both un-American and Anti-American as well.
Does ESPN still cover sports? Maybe sneak in a game in between social programming, political activism, etc.?
I wouldn’t know. I don’t watch ESPN programming, but I do watch their business demise.
Faced now with calls from both the left and right for boycotts, what’s the National Felon League to do? Talk about the poo hitting the fan!
If both sides boycott then that should pretty much end the situation. Go for it.
And boycott ABCDisneyESPN
These sports fools get dumber every day. SMH.
I would like to thank the Lord for His graciousness that this woman does not work for me.
Her hide-literally-makes her bullet proof.
It is not correct, but the left cannot get out of their own way long enough to see it or understand it. The more they continue down this road, the more damage they do to themselves. During the last administration, especially after the reelection in 2012, I was beginning to fear that the country I served and loved was lost. However, no matter what Trump accomplishes in office and I am pleased so far, he has reminded many of us that we are the silent majority and the media driven elitists do not have as much power as we feared.
Buckley had it right. Given enough room, the far left always overplays their hand.
My sincere hope is that the silent majority votes with their wallets. Until these radicals pay for shoving their crap down our throats they will continue on their path of destruction. I refuse to fund it any longer - cut the satellite, try to shop wisely at companies that are not openly hostile towards me, and I make my voice heard.
Didn't Jerry kneel the week before? The owners conference call last week must have been interesting.
ESPN is SCREWED either way.
Whether they SUPPORT her or FIRE her they CANNOT win.
Interesting. That never occurred to me.
thats what they get for playing “both sides...dumb asses.
Get this racist off the air.
Boycott ESPN advertisers!
Cut the ESPN cord.
Yep. And untouchable.
I remember her. She was the designated race-related sports writer . It was all race crap 24/7.
I predicted a couple of weeks ago when she got in trouble before that she’d wind up getting canned because she can’t keep her trap shut. She’s moving along right on schedule!
