More information is coming to light about Stephen Paddock, the man responsible for the horrific mass shooting in Las Vegas this past Sunday, as Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo held a press conference Wednesday night to share new details — and drop some tantalizing hints about what they’re learning.
According to The Daily Wire, Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said during a Wednesday evening press conference that he believes alleged gunman Stephen Paddock had help and that there is evidence that suggests he didn’t plan to die in his hotel room.
Lombardo said that he has seen evidence that suggests that Paddock planned to escape but he cannot reveal what that evidence is at this point. Later in the press conference he double-downed on his statement and added that so far no one has been able to dismiss the theory.

We're not supposed to get the entire story during an investigation ... particularly one that might involve accomplices.
The only way we will learn half of the truth, is via this sheriff.
Forget the FBI with McCabe in charge of this investigation.
McCabe will probably hint at the Russians and Trump as possible causes of the slaughter!
To what end? It’s clear lvpd knows almost everything they need to know, but they are asking for patience before they reveal it all. It could be a politically motivated delay. It could be they are trying to smoke out any suspected accomplices. Or it could be something else for why they are delaying.
On TeeVee they have these cases wrapped up in an hour, two hours at most, so this delay is unacceptable!
Evidence shows it wasn’t suicide?
The FBI hasn’t interviewed his brother yet. They are the only people who haven’t.
McCabe's sole purpose at this point is to try and somehow link this to "right-wing extremists". No doubt he is consulting with the marxist SPLC at this very moment.
Of course we’re not getting the full story. It’s only been like 80 hours, nobody has the full story yet. They might never get the full story, but they certainly won’t have it now. People watch too much TV, just because CSI and NCIS solves everything in 42 minutes doesn’t mean that’s the real world. Look up any of the forensics people complaining about those shows on the internet to see how silly they are.
That should have been done within the first 12 hours, seeing as how he wasn’t local to Vegas and you wouldn’t have to pull manpower from the crime scene.

This is a good point that is being overlooked. They may be keeping tight lipped because they don't want to tip off accomplices as to how they are zeroing in on them.

The question is will we EVER get the entire story?
One big factor here is that this guy apparently traveled all over the world and spent a lot of time in casinos all over Las Vegas. I wouldn't be surprised if they're going through thousands of hours of security camera footage from airports, casinos and hotels all over the place to see what they can learn about the perp's background and travels.
Watching that poor Sheriff at the press conference he looked liked he was about to fall out. I’m guessing he has had next to no sleep since this whole thing started. Guy needs to get some rest....
