Read elsewhere on FR that football was the last holdout where the global communists have been using football to spread their propaganda. Spread their identity politics, victimhood and destroy the things important to a large majority of Americans.
Many of us no longer watch news shows, read newspapers etc.
Football will always be an American sport, perhaps not on the National level. We can set up volunteer teams in our communities. People who want to play for the joy of THE GAME.

That monopoly allows the NFL and its teams to cash in on television licensing and team gear. After the NFL uses its illegal monopoly to rip off broadcasters, ESPN rips off cable subscribers.
ESPN pays the NFL almost $2 billion a year. Even if you don’t watch ESPN, you’re paying $9 a month for it because of yet another illegal monopoly. If you subscribe to cable or live in a major city, the odds are good that your pocket is being picked by the millionaire racists “taking a knee” against America.
But the monopolies are dying.
ESPN is bleeding subscribers. The NFL’s anti-American turn is alienating fans, and cable is collapsing. (1)

If freepers are really serious about this issue, they can do two things this week:
1. Cancel/cut their cable and go to a good internet to stream the tv shows they watch. Disney/ABC/ESPN and the above are owned by Disney. Each month they get a huge share of your monthly cable bill. Cut the cable, and they lose that monthly bite out of your bill. You will save a lot of money each month.
2. Use Sling Blue TV for streaming the channels you will watch. Sling Blue does not carry ESPN or Disney. So, again the evil Disney/ESPN/NFL gay hate America liberals get nothing from you.
Talking tough and posting pompous threats are cheap and not effective.

They’ll raise money for the Susan Komen Foundation which gives money to Planned Parenthood to perform abortions which leads to breast cancer which means more women for the Susan Komen Foundation to exploit. All with the NFL’s and Roger Goodyshoes’ blessing.
Then, of course, we’re already getting pummeled with please to donate to the Red Cross for victims of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma when, in reality, the Red Cross uses these tragedies to line their own pockets until the next big tragedy comes along that they can exploit for donations. Nice racket, eh?
And if you DO want to help breast cancer sufferers or hurricane victims, there are many legitimate charities to donate to but not the front-running Susan Komen Foundation and the Red Cross which are the go-to charities of the liberal media.
The NFL hired a guy whose fornication partner was a Marxist. This whipped player started virtue signaling, and it threatens to destroy the whole business.
The NFL could save itself. They just need to fire all the players who fornicate.
