Mueller Scorches the Earth
National Revuew ^ | September 23, 2017 | Andrew McCarthy

Robert Mueller’s sprawling special-counsel investigation is playing hardball.

It was not enough to get a search warrant to ransack the Virginia home of Paul Manafort, even as the former Trump campaign chairman was cooperating with congressional investigators. Mueller’s bad-asses persuaded a judge to give them permission to pick the door lock. That way, they could break into the premises in the wee hours, while Manafort and his wife were in bed sleeping. They proceeded to secure the premises — of a man they are reportedly investigating for tax and financial crimes, not gang murders and Mafia hits — by drawing their guns on the stunned couple, apparently to check their pajamas for weapons.

What Mueller and the FBI did was make the former KBG look like a bunch of sweethearts.

Mueller is a POS punk that has made a lifetime of living off taxpayers. The swamp builds him up to be such an honorable man. There’s nothing honorable about this man and there’s nothing honorable about this entire investigation.

If these sorry ass POS swamp creatures think they’re going to hold Donald Trump to a higher standard than they do their Hillary Clinton and barack obama, they need a lesson that we won’t stand for them overthrowing our government.

Why is this worth pointing out? Because someday, maybe, we’ll get around to asking: What would have happened if Hillary Clinton’s very real email scandal — with its mountainous evidence of felony mishandling of classified information and destruction of government records — had been investigated with the no-holds-barred vigor Mueller and his band of Hillary donors are applying to the surmise of Trump collusion in Russian espionage?”

POST OF THE DAY!

,,,,,,, all the while Hillary and her minions safe and free to continue their corrupt existence .

No investigation of Clinton collusion with the muslim brotherhood, muslim nations, or the Russians. They’ve been paying the Clintons off for decades through the Clinton Foundation.

By the way, wasn’t it Mueller that delivered the highly enriched uranium to the Russians that benefited the Clintons so much? He’s a scumbag POS.

McCarthy reveals why Mueller did this; he just doesn’t realize it:

“After he had already surrendered 300 pages of documents to investigative committees?”

I’d say the raid was Mueller’s way of telling Manafort to stop all this cooperating with Congressional investigators, especially giving them documents. The other reason is to get headlines that imply Manafort must be guilty of something, and that imply Mueller is doing something, with the added bonus of intimidating Trump supporters who might fear gestapo attention. My expectation is that Mueller will end up issuing a report that says Manafort and Trump are guilty, just not of any actual crimes.

Too bad Mueller and his staff of Clinton lawyers won’t be on the receiving end of such a raid. Just imagine what such a raid might reveal.

If the government won't do it, then why not an armed citizenry?

Intimidation tactics - sounds so very similar to the ones used in Wisconsin with the "John Doe" midnight SWAT raids against supporters of Gov. Scott Walker (R) by a VERY LEFTist Democrat District Attorney, John Chisholm, of Madison County, WI.

The raids happened in 2013, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled in 2015 that there was no basis for the raids and that the defendants were free to continue their civil suits against the officials who harmed them.

Is this the same playbook? Is not this, ARMED government agents forcibly entering residences, one of the listed grievances for the US Declaration of Independence?

The Manafort raid operation is actually VERY instructive.

Sounds to me like the desperate Obama has reached new heights of paranoia.

He's desperate b/c Trump holds ALL the secrets of the dirty Obama presidency. In the hands of a lesser man than Trump, Obama might not have a thing to worry about.

Unfortuntely for the half/caste, the heinous "legacy" of the Obama presidency is writ large.....so much damage inflicted in so little time.

Obama has turned every federal agency into a political weapon: the FBI, the IRS, NSA, CIA, the UN, even the FISA court.

Trump now holds all of Obama's secrets. Secrets about Obama and his factotums weaponizing and corrupting everything good about democracy for their insatiable thirst for power, for their despicable "progressive" ideology, their obsession w/ a permanent Democrat majority, and for their twisted political ambitions.

We, the people, will make very sure that the Obama Crime Syndicate's activities prove to be their undoing.

Obama and the Devil's Disciples---henchmen of the Obama Police State.

Going to the Rose Garden----Obama formally nominated James Comey as the seventh FBI
director and thanked his predecessor, Robert Mueller, for being "an exemplary public servant."

With each passing day I’m getting more convinced that Manafort is going to walk on any charges that might be filed against him. There have been so many problems with the tactics used against him — dating all the way back to the FISA warrant originally used to conduct the surveillance on him — that most of the evidence used to prosecute him may never stand up in court anyway.

Obama has turned every federal agency into a political weapon: the FBI, the IRS, NSA, CIA, the UN, even the FISA court.

What's really striking to me is Trump's respect for the Constitution, the law and the judicial system. Sure the press harps upon his public criticism of the ruling on the travel ban, a ruling that was so obviously incorrect.

But Trump is determined to restore a republic ruled by law, after that was trashed by Obama for political purposes. The people who constantly criticize Sessions seem to be unaware that two half-republics do not make a whole republic. Sessions must make his cases within the law otherwise we don't have the rule of law.

In Hillary's case her underlings stripped the classified markings from email (or typed in without markings). They wiped the server, they destroyed the blackberries, etc. They were all given immunity by Comey. Without their testimony there is no easy case against Hillary.

Unless punished, every Gestapo and Stasi-like raid sets the precedent for future outrages.

As Daniel Greenfield at FrontPageMag.com recently wrote, “A turning point in history is here. If Obama goes down, the left will go down with him. If his coup succeeds, then America ends.”

I think Mueller -- and the FBI personnel investigating Manafort before -- has already wasted a lot of time dealing with evidence that has no value to him at all. The fact that they felt a need to break into the house of someone who had already been subject to extensive secret surveillance by the CIA, NSA, FBI, etc. for years tells me that they never had a case against him at all.

A special counsel needs to be appointed to investigate Mueller for malicious prosecution/prosecutorial abuse. Someone like Joe DiGenova, not a milquetoast.
