I’m a little foggy thinking back to the early 90s and met an old friend of Brook Benton. He told me that in the 50s he and Brook were working on building I-5 freeway in WA State and it was pouring down rain...they being a long way from GA. Never checked it out, maybe there’s some way to confirm.
