Georgia Judge Resigns - Nut Cases Tearing Down Monuments Equivalent to ISIS Destroying History

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — A Gwinnett County magistrate judge and longtime local politician has resigned from his court position after being suspended over controversial posts he made on Facebook.

Jim Hinkle, a part-time judge who has served on the court for 14 years, resigned Wednesday, Chief Magistrate Judge Kristina Hammer Blum said in a written statement. Blum had suspended Hinkle indefinitely after his Facebook posts came to light on Saturday.

“For 14 years, Judge Hinkle has dutifully served this court,” Blum said in her statement. “He is a lifelong public servant and former Marine. However, he has acknowledged that his statements on social media have disrupted the mission of this Court, which is to provide justice for all."

In other posts, Hinkle has condemned Islam as a violent religion.

By Wednesday morning, Hinkle appeared to have either deleted his Facebook account or set it to a private setting. But the Atlanta Journal Constitution captured images of his posts before he did so.

Later, he wrote “The nut cases tearing down monuments are equivalent to ISIS destroying history.”

In her statement, Blum made clear the suspension came because the posts jeopardized Hinkle’s position as an unbiased arbiter of the law….

Somehow you fail to grasp that the year is 2017. You are firmly stuck in the distant past where your tired old never accepted ideas gather dust

The Constitutions was written in 1787 is that the diastant past? Your bible, Adam Smiths’ “Wealth of Nations”( a misnomer if ever there was one) , was written in 1776. Is that the distant past? So Mr. Globalist Free Traitor™ what is your point?

Too bad the GOP doesn't even read or follow it's own platform.
GOP Platform 2016:

We cannot allow foreign governments to limit American access to their markets while stealing our designs, patents, brands, know-how, and technology. We cannot allow China to continue its currency manipulation, exclusion of U.S. products from government purchases, and subsidization of Chinese companies to thwart American imports. The current Administration’s way of dealing with these violations of world trade standards has been a virtual surrender.

Republicans understand that you can succeed in a negotiation only if you are willing to walk away from it. A Republican president will insist on parity in trade and stand ready to implement countervailing duties(tariffs) if other countries refuse to cooperate.

GOP Platform 1924:

We reaffirm our belief in the protective tariff to extend needed protection to our productive industries. We believe in protection as a national policy, with due and equal regard to all sections and to all classes. It is only by adherence to such a policy that the well being of the consumers can be safeguarded that there can be assured to American agriculture, to American labor and to American manufacturers a return to perpetrate American standards of life. A protective tariff is designed to support the high American economic level of life for the average family and to prevent a lowering to the levels of economic life prevailing in other lands.

In the history of the nation the protective tariff system has ever justified itself by restoring confidence, promoting industrial activity and employment, enormously increasing our purchasing power and bringing increased prosperity to all our people.

My point is that you seek the comfort of archaic remedies unsuited to the present

You drag out the constitution as a fig leaf to cover your mental tracks concerning the old obsolete remedies.

The Free Traitor™ won't question anything as long as their profit margin keeps going up. It is all about increasing corporate profits through global labor arbitrage. If they could make more money as fascists or Communists they'd start goose stepping tomorrow.

Free Traitors™ are getting the most out of the USA ridiculous Rape Trade stance, one that no other country has. Like the rapist they won't stop until somebody pulls them off the victim.

Trade hasn't changed for thousands of years. The issues are the same now as they were in 20 BC. What you are talking about isn't trade it's global labor arbitrage

I recommend the Netflix TV series “Incomplete Life”, a Korean show that shows what you don’t understand and can’t comprehend.

The show is about traders, a Korean trading company with a truly global scope. They are not political. There is no boogieman global government. The traders on Sales Team Three, although modern, still follow the truly ancient practices and concepts modernized to our current era.

I know you will not watch it because it destroys your ignorance of reality and is thus intolerable. The fiction is based on sound reality that those of us actually involved in hands on trade experience every day.

Bingo! Globalization of the civilized kind was promulgated when Colombus helped Indians discover the Earth was not flat and that other worlds and oportunities existed out there, AND NOT when Earth flatters invaded en mass Spain to feed as Serfs the Queen’s fields and to satisfy the morality superiorizing church’s goals to justify slavery.

When people talk of our “archaic” values, they simply adopt the pro
slavery communist language to rule globalization.

Name a country that has lower tariffs rates than the USA. The nominal tariff rate in the USA is around 2%. Go ahead. I think little tiny Singapore is one and maybe the city-state of Hong Kong. That's about it.

Korea also maintains a tariff quota system designed to stabilize domestic commodity markets. Customs duties can be adjusted every six months, within the limit of the basic rate, plus or minus 40 percent.

Korea has a flat 10 percent Value Added Tax (VAT) on all imports and domestically-manufactured goods. A special excise tax of 10-20 percent is also levied on the importation of certain luxury items and durable consumer goods. Tariffs and taxes must be paid in Korean Won within 15 days after goods have cleared Customs.

All totalist ideologies strive to erase history so that people, those who survive the Revolution, have no examples from the past of these systems' inevitable failures. Erase the records of the past then "re-educate" or erase the people who remember the past. There will be a lot of blood spilled in America if this is not forcefully and forcibly put down immediately.

The Republic is gone. The population will not support a Republic. Half derive a substantial portion of their support from the government and all younger than 50 or so have grown up in a school system that has taught no History, no Civics, no Geography and has inculcated perversion and dependency. What is left is the necessity to keep our side in control and to rule without Congress. Congress is hopelessly compromised and cannot be uncompromised. Ditto the Courts. Without judges who support Our Side the courts are the Enemy. The Constitution is no longer relevant to the courts. The whole nation accepts that what a judge says is the Law of the Land or at least of the judge's purview.

The Revolution/Transformation has occurred and has been successful. The only recourse is to control Leviathan. It will be sporadically bloody so long as our side prevails. It will be massively bloody and permanently deadly if the Left prevails- it will be North Korea.

I suppose the “Free Traitors” should not be castigated too much for taking full advantage of the national policy under which they are presently permitted to operate. The question remains, what will things be like if we were to change the policy and discover what advantage or disadvantage might occur with the change.

Today statues, tomorrow their fellow citizens.

The Judge? He’s already capitulated.

It is surprising many still don’t seem to see what is coming...
