History proves you cannot appease Marxist/fascist/socialist/globalist totalitarians. They will never be satisfied and will never stop. Trump is absolutely correct. If you allow them to tear down these historical Civil War monuments, then they’ll be coming after Washington and Jefferson next.
In fact, they’ll be coming after the American flag, our national anthem, our Judeo-Christian heritage, the Bible, and anything to do with the founding of this great nation while leaving the institution of slavery intact. And that includes the constitution itself. It did not ban slavery and must therefore be destroyed.
And they will continue destroying monuments, burning books, rewriting history, and fomenting hatred against America and especially against white Christian Americans.
It’s already started on all fronts mentioned in this post. And the weak-kneed “useful idiot” appeasers in the GOPe will go along with it until it’s too late. The left is turning our society upside down and inside out as we speak with godless anti-Christian Marxism, fascism, socialism, globalism, multiculturalism, homosexualism, abortionism, racism against whitey, etc, etc, and the GOP doesn’t give a damn.
They’ve acquiesced and surrendered to the godless Marxist/fascist/globalist/multiculuralist takeover of America and are satisfied that the left will be satisfied with their appeasement, will stop their quest for power and we will have peace in our time.
I was about to ask where is our Churchill? Can't really compare Trump to Churchill, but he is pretty much standing alone in the breach.
Oh, and, obviously, it’s not really about slavery or the poor or the homosexuals or human rights or climate change or multiculturalism or any other cause or excuse. It’s the ages old cause of totalitarian world conquest and domination. Marx/Lenin/Stalin/Hitler, et al, did not dream this world conquest/domination stuff up themselves. It’s a recurring theme all the way back to the beginning of civilization.

You are right, it’s all about world domination. All the lefties and their different groups are just useful idiots.
Any and all anti-white, anti-american group protest all manner of things and the communist propaganda media bury it. They will edit pix of the rallies to omit signs with Soviet flags, CPUSA, BLM...name it.

Indeed! Here’s what I wrote several years ago:
There’s no good stopping point anywhere along the line from taking down the Confederate flag at Confederate monuments, to removing Confederate monuments, to changing names of cities and counties that honor slaveholders, to demolishing the monuments of Washington and Jefferson in what used to be called Washington.
In the history of mankind, there have been many more white slaves than there have been black slaves. Your history is not unique, it is merely the latest chapter in man’s inhumanity to man.

But time and bloodshed heal many divisions and the USA evolved to become a beacon of hope to the world.
It is another of life’s ironies that you wish to destroy a symbol of slavery while voting as a Democrat. The very party that represented slavery, whose members founded the KKK, whose politicians passed Jim Crow laws and defended segregation for generations. A party that despises Republicans who have been with the black cause from the beginning and has fought for and passed civil rights legislation for over 150 years. The Democrat party is much more symbolic of slavery that any Confederate memorial could ever be.
Martin Luther King, Jr was a Christian preacher who wanted to be the white man’s brother. He did not want to destroy “whiteness”. He wanted to make it color blind and have blacks share in the bounty and potential of the American Dream. Not once during his career did he call for the destruction of Confederate symbols. He merely wanted to destroy the barriers that Democrats had erected.
African-Americans should drop the African and just consider themselves Americans. Your protests should be centered on reshaping the thug culture which permeates the black community. It is black on black crime that is filling the prisons. It is black drug dealers poisoning the black children. It is the thug culture which has turned black women into hoes and bitches and baby mamas instead of wives, daughters and sisters.
Colin Kaepernick is a great example of how not to be a role model. I would think that when he was leading the 49ers to a Super Bowl that the majority of his fans who were watching him play and buying his jersey were young, white boys. What an opportunity he had to be a role model to show that he was a leader of people instead of lashing out at the very people who made him a multi-millionaire and popular sports figure. He had the chance to be one of the giants whose shoulders would be pillars for those yet to come, but instead he chose to spit on those who supported him.
You have the chance to forget the past and work on the future. To make improvements to the content of your character instead of focusing on the color of one’s skin. Those Confederate symbols cause you no harm, but the wail of blighted and dying children needs to be answered.
Amen Jim. I keep hearing the president’s statements which have nothing wrong in them. The worst traitors are republicans saying violent communists are morally superior. If they prevail America is done.
The Left - aided by the establishment media and the DC swamp - are making an all-out last gasp to get this man removed from the presidency before it is too late. They see how effective Trump has already been with regard to securing our borders, restoring our sovereignty, and establishing the U.S. once more as leader of what remains of the free world. Their globalist dreams are on the verge of getting smashed and they will seize on any possible pretense to obstruct Trump's agenda and get him removed from office. There is much going on behind the scenes that we do not yet know. But Trump has millions upon millions of good Americans behind him and I'm confident that we will prevail in the end.
